Turbo will for sure ad power, however on these small engines they don;t really only start to produce power at High RPMs do to their small displacment nees to be revved a lot higher to get a good flow of exhaust pressure to start spooling the turbcharger.

hey. im also trying to turbo a pitbike. I was also going for a blow through setup but I have no idea if just equalizing the float bowl is enough. will fuel get into the carb or will boost shut the float and lean the engine out? the so the tank would also have to be under pressure?
Yes so the tank usually you want to pressurize or you can just get a small cheap fuel pump which also works too, you would need a fuel pressure regulator as well. Mine worked just fine for a long time with just pressurizing with the boost pressure. Just make sure it has a full tank or at least over half a tank other why's it will "Loose Fuel Pressure". When trying to apool the turbo in that configuration it will be a little hard tocjet just right socmany sure you have plent if extra Jets.
also make sure you go through the carburetor and seal it up as much as you can then yes you will need to put some sort of boost pressure line to pressurize the carburetor bowl too.
If you would go look at the other videos on my channel it would answer your question rather then asking something that you can easily satisfy your own curiosity. But instead, naw just ask me questions...

It was old stock 400EX exhaust header I used. I think 1 1/4" or something like that.

How do you put the oil plate on
I made one my self. I cut out a peice of steel and made a Gasket.
