How To Unlock The Honeywell Pro Series Thermostat

- In this video I show you how to unlock the Honeywell Pro Series Thermostat. I show you step by step how to unlock the thermostat and enter the password. The password is preset and should be the same for all of the Honeywell Pro Series T4 Thermostats. When your thermostat is fully locked you cannot change the temperature or access any of the settings. If the thermostat is partially locked you will be able to change the temperature but not access any of the other settings. OMG, My setting were Locked. I called an air condition company. No call for 2 days. My wife suggested UA-cam it. I found my model. In less than 2 minuted it was back unlocked and running. Saves me so much.
It's 2 am and I was a little bit hot so I got up to lower the air conditioning and pressed the wrong buttons. I was in the middle of sleeping and really fudged things up. Now I'm wide awake after trying to find a way to put the air back on. All I can say is the three best words which are better than I love you and they are God bless you for helping me. 🙏💖😊

I have been having issues with thermostat in my new apartment, but tonight, its been total confusion and misery. I happened to lock my thermostat and for hours with temperature at 75 degrees Celsius, there is no way I could have guessed that code. I am sincerely grateful for this video. Thanks.

I went to turn on the air...(without my glasses) and accidentally locked the thermostat, after 10 minutes of trying I decided to check here, on YT and bam..got it unlocked and able to set the air cooler. 👏🏻👍

Oh my goodness! You are THEE best! Thank you. I accidentally locked my screen last night. Beforehand the temp had gone up to 76 degrees and I was burning up so I took it down to my favorite (67) and throughout the night it kept going down. It’s now at 58 degrees. I really have to say thank you my father that has Alzheimer's dementia has locked the thermostat and has not been able to figure out how to unlock it and neither have I would sucks because I pretty much had to do anyting when it comes to technology since I was a kid in the 80s when you're talkin about thermostats and remote control for TV have no idea but you hand me a computer that's been dismantled and I can revive it and build one from scratch since I was a kid. Beginning want to say thank you you just saved my life by being able to unlock this damn thermostat that's been locked for many days on heat and we've been burning up in this house and now back to normal life with no more overheating. OMG Thank you. I'm a desert rat and I woke up freezing at 72° Fahrenheit here in Arizona. I couldn't do a darned thing with the thermostat. I did what you instructed and it's toasty in here. It will be 87° today outside in this desert, so I'm set! Tonight if the temp drops low, the heater will come on and I will sleep through it. I set the AC to 85 in the summer quite often as I cannot stand cold. I know that sounds hot, but I'm a desert rat. Again, accept my thanks!

Thanks for being brief and to the point. So many of these videos are way too long. And like many others it’s terrible to watch a 20 minute video and feeling embarrassed while a tenant is breathing down your neck. Also, some of these thermostats you have to add 1234 to the 4 digit number on the back to get your pin, and some the pin is just 1234. How do you know when to do what?
