This was the man who woke up that hidden chef within me many years ago stretched out on the couch watching The Food Network and been cooking ever since and have only gotten better. His was one the very first cookbooks i also even ever owned with "Live, Love and Eat". Have gone on to own over a 100 cookbooks since as well learned to cook. So i can only say much thanks to Wolfgang Puck. He is such a good teacher and passionate about food and explaining things culinary. As well a damn good story teller. And i even learned a few things more watching this. As well nice dish. I just can't find any of his old Food Network show on DVD.

I would love to see a master class from Chef Puck on knife use and care. I am enjoying the series. Thank you so much for creating these helpful videos.

this video stirs the future english teacher in me. i just want to give him pronunciation lessons...please let me!
while our carinthian dialect was voted the sexiest in austria, i don't think the accent is very charming when speaking english... :'(
