What an amazing man who is talented, humble and intelligent. He overcame so many obstacles to become something he believed in and along the way he worked hard to become the chef and man he is today.
its crazy how happy he seems even retelling his hard times
The hard times got him where he is today. I feel the same as he So happy :)
U look back and laugh. The last laugh

Thank you for this in-depth video!
From the first time I saw him, I fell in love with him. I love this man. Much respect.
Casually dropping that Sidney Poitier is the godfather to your kids has go to be the biggest humble brag ever.
Love it.
Well deserved.
So inspiring! I also grew up in Austria and moved away to pursue my dreams and also grew up rough, it's beautiful to see someone like him having done so great after a hard life!
He sure loves to talk about how he's friendly with the celebrities. In almost every interview or video he somehow slips it into the conversation.
I could listen to him talk ALL DAY 💜💜💜🤩

Looking at the situation in HK, it's best that you move your business out of that airport until everything is stabilized, Mr. Puck.

He is the best, an amazing human being
Funny when he says he can't find better duck in Beijing than Hongkong. Typical western taste buds :)
