I love my Toja Grid but the umbrella top is a must have.
How is it removed for seasonal storage?
I purchased the 12X12 Toja Grid kit with 3 shade sails. We just recently purchased the mosquito net as well. The actual posts stay up year round and we only remove the sails and store them. Ours Toja is bolted down to our concrete patio slab and it’s held up nicely even with our cold winters and crazy windstorms. I would highly recommend this product.

Love these, was planning on getting one for the house. Is this truly sturdy with only needing 2 screws to secure the post?
Great to hear! Yes, we only recommend using 2 screws per side per bracket.

I have a question does the Umbrellla fit your standard 6 x 6 x 12 because once you put them in the brackets you’re going to be past 12 foot

We recommend removing all Shade Sails and Umbrella Top before winter to help prolong it's life and prevent damage.

Does company supply , mounting or seating screws to the concrete floor ?
Mounting hardware is not included as it would vary given each ground surface.
Does this stay up year round? Looks like it would be a challenge to remove and reapply to an already standing unit.
The Umbrella Top would have to be disconnected and stored away for winter.
@@tojagrid how hard is it to disconnect and reconnect. This video only shows the initial installation, which can be done on the ground. Presumably we don't have to disassemble the whole thing to take the umbrella off

Can two umbrellas be used for a double pergola setup?
Hi Dan, two Umbrella Tops can not be used side by side as they're oversized by about 17" on all sides.

On your website it shows a 12 ' x 12' umbrella can fit spans of 11.5' to 12.5'. Should this be measured to the inside of the pergola or the outside?
That would be the inside dimension of the pergola.
How are you securing the posts to the ground?
Since we do not do any installations we are limited on the advice we can offer in terms of securing to different surfaces. Each surface is different and can require different securing hardware, we recommend reaching out to your local hardware store for their advice on the best securing hardware and method for your surface.
Does the umbrella protect from rain, or will the water leak? Ty in advance 🙏
Our brackets can withstand the harsh winters & weather conditions and have an outdoor powder coating to protect against rust and bad weather. The Shade Sail is designed for shade and can be damaged in high winds/harsh conditions, we recommend taking down the Shade Sail in high winds above 30mph and before winter. The standard pergola structure itself has been tested in 75mph winds.
Will this withstand 60mph gust?
We do not have a wind rating for the Umbrella Top at this time but once properly secured to the build, it should not have issues with wind.
