A number of these kits (mostly sold in the US) are like a tube where you fit posts. Don't you need that reinforced "tube" since there is no metal under each post (for those sitting horizontally)?
I find it odd that the horizontal beams aren't resting on the upright, Shouldn't you cut the corners at 45 degrees and have them rest on the upright for more stability?
Hello! The bracket itself is made using 2.5mm Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel, which will remain rust-free forever, even in the event of the coating being damaged.
I think is a wrong assembly. The horizontal beams are fixed screws only. The bottom beam must be under the both horizontal to support the best way. And is better the upper ones to be cutted 45 degrees.
