Stop this kind of edits. It’s distracting. It takes the viewer away from the tour of the house. The old edit works coz the viewers’ pov seems like we’re right there with Julia but now it seems like a youtube 2010s vlogger edits.

I know na nakikinig sila sa viewers at nagababasa sila ng comments so please wag na po kayo mag-experiment sa editing. Mas masarap panoorin ung tuloy tuloy lang walang biglaang cuts and hindi minamadali ung house tour.
pls bring back po yung tuloy tuloy na video, tuwing hagdan lang may cuts, kapag ganon kasi set up is feel ko kasama ako sa tour, it feels like andoon din ako mismo sa site
Nagiging cheap yung branding ng presello dahil sa way of editing. Nakakahilo pa dahil sa unecessary zoom in and out at words na lumilitaw.
I rarely use the dislike button, either I like the video or just click away. But this is maybe the fourth one with the new edits and Presello deserves the feedback, so here it is: the cringe editing ruins the presentation and is totally off-brand. The rapid jump cuts while Julia was talking grab the viewers' attention away from what was being presented. The zooming in/out is literally nauseating and totally unnecessary. And the garbage text (SWEEEEEDISH), to me it's like the editor is insulting your own presenter. Maybe their portfolio so far is just jobs from trash UA-camrs, siguro pwedeng iwan na lang dun yung kabaduyan, since the target audience here is different. It's like this editor is intentionally sabotaging Presello, considering the last few videos are filled with similar comments about the editing as well.
I used to look forward to Presello videos. Pero lately, hindi ko na ma-appreciate 'yung ganda ng mga bahay because of the really bad editing style. Mas napapansin ang hindi swak na editing than the house. Hindi ko alam kung nananadya ba dahil mas nagkakaroon ng engagement? Nakakatrauma panoorin after a few seconds dahil may experiment ang producer/ editor.
Sure, I can always click away. Isa lang naman ako out of your thousands of viewers. Pero if maraming tao na ang nakakapansin kung gaano kapanget ang edit, please reconsider your choices.
Imagine selling a multimillion peso house pero 'yung video presentation hindi propesyunal tingnan?
Sayang 'yung class ni Julia at nung featured na bahay.
PS: I do videos for a living for 12 years. I have a clue what kinds of videos work for different types of markets. And for Presello's audience na supposedly may buying power to get houses like this...hindi ito pasok sa taste nila.
Unless ang target ay to get views and not necessarily sales.
I miss the almost one-take shot. Ang daming cuts dito. Dati nagka-cut lang kapag umaakyat ng hagdan. Nawawala tuloy yung spontaneity yung tour. And remove those zoom ins and outs.

yep. i did comment last time just remove those annoying subtitles (and was attacked of course). they are so distracting. if they want to put subtitles just do it like ordinary subtitles.

Another great house tour by Julia. But the video presentation has become bad for the past few videos. The editing style looks cheap with all those unnecessary zoom in/out cuts and text overlays. It becomes hard to watch it right now.
This could be the down fall of Presello bcos of the editor. Its either na-low ball nila ung editor kaya ganyan output or they get unskilled one para makamura sa tf😅
I don't get why Presello's video editor puts these zoom-in/out effects. Seriously, nakakahilo and hindi enjoyable panoorin yung video. If the editor is trolling us, he/she is not doing the company any favor. Sayang lang ang efforts ni Julia and other team members, masisira lang pala yung video through poor editing.
Also, nakakabawas sa ganda ng bahay yung mga text overlays. Instead ma-appreciate yung bahay, napupunta yung mata ng viewers dun sa text na sinabi rin naman ni Julia. To the editor, if gusto mo talaga maglagay ng text, mag-add ka na lang ng formal subtitles.

Recently, video qualities are becoming sub-standard amateur. From shaky cuts, quick angle switches, focusing on wrong things, louder bgm than Julia's voice to poor bgm choice, cheap b-rolls 😢, and bad zoom in and out

I don’t understand why Central Air Conditioning is not available or more common by now, in the Philippines. You would think on this “Hi Tech” property that would be a no brainer to have it installed. Seeing a window unit on this type of high end property is a joke. It’s an eye sore. I just don’t get it. If an elevator can be designed into this type of property surely an A/C central unit can be designed as well. Here in States no one would purchase this type of home for this price without a Central A/C. It’s unheard of. Beautiful property though. But no central A/C no thanks I’ll pass.

the editing is so annoying and distracting, it would put some kind of subtitles to emphasize with whatever being's said but 1) it doesnt even synchronize with the audio 2) would overly dramatize the word even though its said normally ("pumps" > "pumpsss") 3) just annoying in general
its overly edited for the tone of the video, that style will work for an excitable prank channel but from what the audience can see, this isn't some comedy channel
Instead of being able to relax and vibe with Julia, this edit is giving headache and distraction :(
