from the thumbnail, slightly disappointed as I was expecting this build to be overdone with glass walls and complain about it like the house of one celebrity couple in the country. turns out only one side is of the property is overdone with glass but then it kinda has a point because that view of the landscape. Outside that, this design commendable avoiding shiny pretentious luxury surfaces, avoiding bright colors, and most especially with the inclusion of that large solar PV system.
I lost count of Julia’s gasps. That was so cute of her and also that validates how beautiful and gorgeous the house is. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
WOW! just WOW! I was totally WOWed by this home. architect Miko never disappoints talaga. ang gaganda ng mga gawa nya, each and everyone is a masterpiece of their own! lahat ng parte ng bahay na to gusto ko. walang sayang, walang tapon. pero I really love the secret doors and rooms connected to each other. napakasarap manirahan sa tahanang ito. kasi ang ganda ng bahay tapos ang ganda pa ng paligid mo. aesthetic home plus nature around is such a vibe. I love, love, love it!
This house will be the new standard for 2024 onwards until a new one exceeds it. It's just beautiful.

Sobrang ganda ng design ng bahay na yan tapos very green pa ang paligid. Sarap tumira dyan anti stress talaga at very relaxing once dyan ka tumira lalo na kung bantay sarado din ng mga security at cctv 👌😍 💕
Easily my favorite home ever presented by Presello. It's perfect. As an American looking for a home in the Philippines, there are often common designs that I do not like in many homes we see (no foyer, cramped, too many bedrooms per square meter, etc.) This home has everything I'm looking for and nothing that I am not. Thank you for this inspired design and for showcasing Miko's talent.
Ganito talaga pangarap ko na bahay. I prefer surrounded by lots of trees and plants and the house looking sleek at the same time comfy.
We wish we all had the money to afford Architect Miko and build this kind of house.

Snippet: Not sure why you two are wearing dark or black attire, the house is absolutely stunning. I hope no one is mourning over a loss of a loved one -- accept my respect, please. A fabulous designed and where the house sits -- it's a perfect blue-print. Congratulations Architect Miko. You have captured the most modern concept of building houses with a higher ceiling and with sky lights. It has potential. The exposed round concrete posts on outside of house are rarely attractive (very underground car park look) a simple facade finish to compliment the adobe feature walls would of tied the facade of the house to the ground. But otherwise great execution on remaining house. Love it ❤

This house is also cinematic, can be a movie set, I am imagining a suspense, thriller, mystery kinda feel if you shoot a movie in this house.

Holy Cow! Beautiful is an understatement to describe this house. This is going to be my vacation house if i have the money to buy it. Archi Miko did a superb job it has everything i need in a house and the view.... chef's kiss. I can definitely see myself living there.

Wala ako masabi sa house, sobrang ganda the view the place perfect.
Beautiful house, no question, but too isolated. Everything looks beautiful at daytime, but for scaredy cats like me, when nightime comes, my imagination will run amok. I'll begin imagining flying, half-bodied creatures. I dont think there will be enough streetlights. This kind of living setting takes some kind of courage for its inhabitants.
I wish that someday, I could have a house like that! And I would like to become a client of Architect Miko…

So sorry but I will have to contradict to the above statement. Perhaps you have not been exposed to a wide range of luxurious houses here in Canada. Try to explore these houses at the British properties in Vancouver, B.C.
@@moninarelano5302 I agree with you. Architect Miko looks like a high end designer. Don't compare him to the typical Canadian or American designers. You'll need to compare him with the very good ones.

@@moninarelano5302 you're right, can't compare but the Philippines always had great architectural designs even during the Spanish era the way they designed for light and ventilation during those times.
The country was also known for great brutalist structures from the mid century.
It's incomparable because the Philippine architecture was caught between the East and the West with the Spanish, American, and Japanese occupation albeit shorter, which heavily influenced the built environment.
The Philippines is more architecturally vibrant and diverse compared to Canada. Lol

That is a masterpiece, people. Like...just wow! The only thing that looks off to me is having the master bedroom closet extending to the first floor. That's inconvenient. Also, the primary bedroom deserved a bigger space than that. In summary, the house is a gem, but they kind of sacrificed functionality for wow factor in some areas. I would give it an 8/10.

Hindi ko lang gusto yung design ng sliding door handle. Hindi lang sya ergonomically placed. Then siguro dapat lagi open ang sliding door kapag fried food ang niluluto😂. Not sure sa pool, chance of dirt/debris entering pool from water runoff kapag umulan. Pero may filtration system naman siguro.
I doubt this is in laguna. I thought this is somewhere in tagaytay or batangas.
Or this could be in Ayala Westgrove Heights in Silang Cavite which is accessible via the city of sta.rosa. that's why it's always been mistaken to be in sta.rosa and not in silang

Basta BYO maganda talaga. Trademark na ni Arch. Mico ang natural light and passive cooling which I think defines good architecture in a tropical country. Same sa ginawa nya sa isa pang lugar sa Laguna and Tagaytay yata yung isa pa.

Absolutely fabulous house! What else can I say that hasn't been said already? One of the best house tours mainly because the property itself is a gem.
My jaw dropped watching this. Grabe sa ganda ng ginawa ni Arch Miko! If and when I have the money to purchase a lot, I will definitely hire Arch Miko and his team to build my own dream house. I just need to have a billion peso budget to pursue my dream.

For a house of this scale at least primary suite bathroom could’ve been spacious with a bath tub
I think the purpose of that door to the 2nd room is to share the closet. it can also served as a closet space for the other room and an easy access to the 2nd floor. galing.

I really like the style, location, the architectural designs of this modern house but the living room should be included with the dining room and kitchen. An open concept layout would have been a better choice. Also the stove counter location looks like an eye sore. It does not belong in that space. I think a big long counter with the stove and sink incorporated would have been a better idea. Overall the house is stunning.
Expensive finishes. The layout is kinda confusing. That communicating stair is tacky
Nice house but the commentary is too much. You could segment it but not like every 2mins or 3mins. Maybe like do one for each floors. That way it won' take away the focus on the house.
