My only comment is the limited space for parking. A property of that amount should have at least 4 car ports because the owner probably would buy cars and their kids when they grow up.

This is a beautifully designed modern tropical Asian inspired house. It would have been nicer if the lot had been slightly bigger👍🏻
Okay sana Kung fully furnished, sa halagang 110M marami na feature Dito na house and lot na fully furnished.
The toilet door and window are right there at the outside kitchen. There's no cover from the rain for that kitchen. The house feels dark and doesn't feel like it belongs in this climate. There are houses like these through out Asia. From what I see 1 out of 10 would get it right. I hope these would help for future reference.
Nice house, but for that kind of money there needs to be a pool.
The house property is terrificly spaced and its beautifully dressed, however the amount is too much, so with the annual property tax to be paid... It should have been solared powered in that price range.
Look all the things i can't afford
If i have 100 millions ill buy new land in province and build my own big house... 20 million house would be so big...and plants fruts and vegetables 5 hectares land cost only 10 to 20 million nite in the citys side of province..other money is for business and for retiremwnt...Be wise.

If you like Asian Modern houses, this house looks really good from the outside although I'd like the gate to be a lot higher for security reasons. Its the inside I have issues with. The floor is not only a hazzard when wet, it also gives the space the look of a mid range hotel lobby. Those wall fluted panels where the rage in the 60s and 70s and are now starting to become fashionable again, but they kind of look off in an Asian modern house and I'm thinking they will soon be unfashionable again. I'd rather go for features that will stand the test of time. But its the knotted wood ceiling I am aghast at. Were they really trying to pull off a country cabin look in an Asian Modern house? Ew.
But I do love the view of the bamboo from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room windows. Its calming not to mention appropriate in an Asian modern house.
About security you are right.. but the rest? Let's say tastes differ.... And the floor being a hazard when wet? You clearly have never been around a marble floor... smh

The wood and marble combination is stunning. The black garage makes it look small. Black tile bathroom looks OK but the dark color is depressing. Not a fan of the black windows and fixtures.

This must be a house for a person that is not home a lot. There are quite a few minor inconveniences implemented in the design.
Can someone with design knowledge answer some of my questions below?
Why did they not put a door near the car port?
If basement will serve as storage area, why is it too far from the staff quarters
Why is the MB door at the end of the hallway?
Why did they put the toilet at the end of the CR?
Why put a door in the MB toilet?
Nice house, why would they build houses knowing this type of house will take some time to be sold in the market. These days people are opting to buy a minimalist house at affordable price. They prefer to build their own house in the provinces. So funny I'm reading some comments in this vlog, they have their criticisms and yet most of them do not have the capacity to buy this kind of house.
