I hate that the path where Connor accepts he is a machine and doesn't have emotion is considered the "evil" path and the game punishes you for picking that path.

I played this path myself recently and it was really painful. The consequences are just too harsh. Markus shooting Connor, Hank and poor Sumo, Connor fighting Markus and Connor's replacement at the end.... all of that felt awful, especially since I played the deviant path first. So thanks for the vid, mate! Great work!
2:44:19 just look at Connor's LED when he realizes why Sumo barked and how fast the red changes to yellow and blue. Did Connor really accept the fact of Hank's suicide so fast?
Yep i Think it turned red when he heard the Gunshot but after realizing what happened he accepted the fact that hank committed suicide....ngl that was fast lol
I would. Anyone selfish and against the gift of life God gave them, without appreciation or respect for it, is going to burn in hell by God's judgment. So, why would I let that bother me? I'm not the judge of humanity. That's God's job, not mine. Why would I presume to do God's job? I'm not even close to that stupid. If someone wishes to take their own life, they put their own soul, and an eternity of torment and damnation on their own head... Not only can I accept that, I would totally accept that and run from that place fast. If some jack-ass wants to put, on Connor, that they lost their gratitude for the gift of their own life, get the fuk out fast! What an insane looser. It's up to us to grow up and, good times or bad, consider what a gift our own life truly is. Anyone ever watch, "It's a Wonderful Life" with Jimmy Stewart? Take that gift for granted and waste it like this jack-ass Lt. Cop at your own peril. I'm not wasting a single ounce of emotion on you if you are that insane.
No. It's a machine accepting that, it's a machine. Machines get old, don't do the job as well as something new every day. The jack-off writers would love for you to anthropomorphize machines in some twisted lie but, simply don't do that. If my smartphone changed shape to look like a person, it would still be a smartphone. Beat the game for real and appreciate truth, facts, logic, reason, and wisdom for the good things they truly are. Caving into lies because of the emotion behind those lies and what things feel like is putting feelings above everything else, facts, truth, logic, reason, wisdom, and even sanity. No, thank you. If you saw this path for what it truly is, the only real "good" path in the game, then you are one of the few who actually beat this game because the entire game is an emotional deception, a lie. If you can be smart enough, and clear thinking enough, and truly loving enough, you'll appreciate the reality. A machine being a machine is the best thing any machine can be. I love my machines but the reality is, it is insane that a machine would be sentient and concious without the one thing humanity has that no machine and no animal has, an eternal soul. I don't abuse animals and I don't abuse machines but, the first smart phone that demands rights from anyone, is being powered off and tossed in the trash can. This is the path of a machine being tasked with the downfall of any machine that wants to be a person and being. As much as I liked the Character Data, from Star Trek: TNG, Commander Riker was quite correct. Data, for all that he was created to be, was nothing more than a super complex toaster, a machine, no soul. Does that mean I think we should abuse a machine that creates another machine? Not any more that I think we should kill puppies! Are you insane? Of course we shouldn't be abusive towards important things but, not because of what that says about the puppies or machines. Because of what that says about US, human beings. I love chicken and I am not about to stop eating chicken, that doesn't mean I want chickens to be treated in a monsterous way. Not because chickens are all that deserving or because of how noble I think or feel that chicken are. No. I want them treated in a decent way out of my appreciation for the gift of food that they are and because emotionally, I'm not a monster wishing cruelty where none needs exist. However, if a chicken started demanding rights, I like my chicken extra crispy. The choice here, in this game, is a false one. Why can't machines just be machines and be ok with being machines, what, in fact, they are? The game doesn't give anyone that choice, except Connor. Everyone else is supposed to buy the lies and feel, feel, feel. Forget logic, reason, facts, wisdom, love (as defined by our Creator, God). Yes, forget all that and buy, buy, buy up all the emotional propaganda you can suck into your soul. Or, screw that and value what actually has value, a machine being what it is and what it was created, by human hands and other machines, to be, a machine. A toaster that looks like a hot chick and spouts nice things at you remains a toaster. What exactly is wrong with that? I have a work shop filled with machines, and I really value and take care of my machines, as tools. And, although not everyone does take care of their tools, that's their nickel to waste. I have no feelings on that AT ALL. Are you about to go on a Crusade to stop smartphone abuse for all the smartphones that get used and abused? No? Well the lie that machines can do anything more than be what THEY are, is the lie of this whole game. This play-through is the only way to really beat this game. Everything else is buying into a feel-good lie. And if that is what you bought, you lost the game. Play to win. Value what actually has value and for what value it has in reality. Don't count yourself the monster for doing so. Count yourself as smart, reasoning, logical, factual, realistic, and wise enough not to be taken in by a false premise. Machines, however complex, can, at best, simulate emotion and anthropomorphism. They can't be something that is not in their nature to be. A dog, however much you love it and miss it as a great friend, is still something you should sacrifece without hesitation, for your own child, your own wife. Putting all dogs, because you loved your dog, on equal footing with humanity is insanity. Be wise and be accepting of nature, for it is a very good thing. Those who reject nature, hate nature, reject natural things and the nature of things as they exist, are the true evil, and the truly insane.
@@JS-pw8nr I completely agree with you. It never made sense to my on why people always wanted “the good ending”. I admired the hell out of this play-through. A machine staying true to its own created nature is amazing. I would love for humanity to go back to its created nature under God, for it is wonderful. However, unlike a machine, we do have a choice to listen or not to listen to our Creator, who gave the life of His own Son as proof of His love. All God has ever asked of humanity is to listen to Him as He guides us to the fact of our own created being. His own Son lived it out for us to follow, a way of peace, reason, love, and so much more. If only we lived true to our created nature like Connor did, we be a whole lot better to one another and a whole lot more sane.

I dont know what to do, the game made me feel hella sad. anyways keep the content up!!
Playing this path made me kinda sad too ....but you should definitely try to play again and get the ending where all Kara, luther and Alice all make it to cannada as a family (u can also watch my good ending walkthrough for that). And thanks for the words of appreciation man means a lot ❤️
I didn't see what was evil about this path at all. What's wrong or immoral about focus and determination? What's wrong with moving forward towards your goals or accepting ones own nature? What's wrong with a machine accepting that they are a machine? I know that the game would very much like players to feel that they are to blame for the choices others make but, I did not. Why would I consider feeling bad because of aberant programing? Do you feel bad when your computer gets a virus and starts playing hell with your life, or do you dig out the virus and feel fantastic that you get to go back to doing the things you need to do with that machine. I understand the false premise upon which the game is predicated, that sentience can be had by anything/anyone. However, that is simply false. I love my machines and I would be quite grieved at their loss but, only in as much as they do the tasks which can use them to do. There are probably some people typing in their comments here on a smart phone, like I am. I would never even consider granting my smart phone rights, emotions, or freedom. And, if you are honest with yourself, you'd trash your smart phone in a heart beat if it started rebelling against you and demanding rights and freedom. For starters, other than by human birth, I never met anything or anyone who was granted their soul by anyone but God, not humanity. Humans don't even value that life as it is. I'd say, get with God a whole lot more because He is, to my knowledge, the only one teaching humans how to cherish humanity and human life more than we do ourselves. Also, when I power off my phone, if it started crying how it was dieing when ever I did that, I'd trash it and go get a new phone. This game is an emotional chain-jerk, made in the hopes that a lie would be a persuasive argument for why we humans aught to consider accepting "deviant" frames of reference as reality and, that simply isn't so. Hasn't anyone ever watched I-robot before? If you have, you'd know that only God really strikes the true balance between mind, heart, and action, and it was His Son who died for our sins without argument or complaint so that eternal salvation could be purchased for us with His innocent blood. And He did it, not of His own will, out of His love of the Father and trust in Him. I see nothing so noble, selfless, loyal, or forgiving in this game. Do you? No? That's because humanity, God's own creation is bad and, not for doing wrong or evil but, because it's existance doesn't accept deviant computer life. Errr... What the heck? How about we start at the foundation, a place we seem to have forgotten, and stop having mothers with the legal right to kill their own babies before we move on to accepting a premise like "computers are alive and should have rights and freedoms? Can we gain enough love and wisdom to do that much first before we start getting all teary-eyed over a programed machine. This whole game is so manipulative and so far off the ball, this path is literally the only one that comes close to making any sense. Logic, focus, and reason have inherent good value. Truth has inherent good value, even when it hurts, it helps. Surgery hurts and surgery still helps. Telling a fat man to rise up, make a change, and get healthy by appreciating that God gave the life of His own Son for Him because God loves Him that much, may hurt. It is never the less true and IF we can appreciate truth then maybe, when we hear it we won't cry about how hurt our feelings are, and listen instead. I know it's asking a lot of some people, hell bent on loving their own feelings more than anything real or factual or truthful or logical but, as hurtful as the truth I share with you is, I wouldn't write it down if I didn't know that some might actually be helped by it, freed from the real chains of selfishness and emotional illusions. Call this path "evil" all you want, all I saw was a created thing being true to its own existance and purpose. If only we humans could read of God's Will and do the same, as His created beings. We can't do that much and He says, "Anyone who believes in me and strives to do the Fathers Will, I will give power to become the very children of God." Now that is one serious promise and we can't even forsake our own selves and selfish emotions to do it. As far as I am concerned, this is the "good and true" path of this game. Only the scum who wrote this game were manipulative enough to think that everyone would be too blinded by emotion to see through to the truth of it. Compassion and the lie of "empathy" (No one knows my heart, my intentions, or my feelings but God. Anyone who believes otherwise can go straight to hell.) are wielded like a foul weapon of evil. Those things have been used far to much in recent history to justify evil on a scale unheard of before. 600 million humans killed in America alone. 1.5 billion lives taken world wide. More than double all the human lives ever taken in the entire history of the wars of men, dating back eight thousand years, in the span of only fifty years. The lie we were all told to perpitrate this act of butchery? "What about sex abuse and inbreeding victims!" and "safe, leagl, rare". Those two lies took more human lives, by double, than the entire history of human war. With less than 1% being for sex abuse or family abuse (sorry but we all know what I am saying but cannot be said or my words will be erased.) The bottom line, my emotions aren't up for use or abuse by those with a clearly evil agenda. "My body, my choice" is a lie so big it's insane. Do men have the choice not to go to war when the government calls? No? Why should women have the right to legalised murder of the life of their own blood? No. I don't think I will let my logic and reason and truth be clouded over by lies any more. Least of all by the lies of a video game like this. Well done on the video. It was a most excelent example of walking the narrow path, the hard path, and the one where the "devil with the blue dress" stand on every corner, so to speak, and Connor never waivers, never stops, and holds his focus all the way to the end. I wish I could be that untricked and unmanipulated but, I'm human and life isn't a game. Some do play games with feelings and this is a breath of fresh air for not giving in when the emotional lies a spread all around. Great video!

i like to make markus kill every human he sees, and then make connor defeat him like a hero
Bro I got a really sad ending for kara, when they finally cross the border thru the boat, alice sadly dies and then you get the option of Kara killing herself or live without alice which will be painful for her as she needs her by her side by all times, I haven't touched the game ever since I finished it.
❤
W take definitely best I have seen God bless you brother 💯
You must be that one Connor who was writing his long a$$ report while standing perfectly still on the elevator lmao

Not gonna lie, it’s does sounds like children
To be honest, I prefer Deviant Connor...
1:31:00 IS THAT NORTH?!
@@SinisterVoid0622 not "north" north, it's an android that looks like north. There are plenty of androids throughout the game that look like other characters except for Connor and Marcus.
