    A steady and strong Pilates class using the theraband throughout to enhance your exercises. We enjoy some fabulously fun side lying work for the glutes and the upper body and then flow into kneeling chest expansion and extension work before taking it up to standing. I hope you love it! This class is suitable for everyone as well as prenatal women but of course listen to your body and adjust when you need to.

    Hi Lottie,
    Thank you so much for this video. I am currently recovering from Covid and your Pilates has been the first real bit of exercise I have done in a while. The routine was much more challenging for me than it would have been a few weeks ago but I feel much so better for having done it. I love your channel and please keep posting.
