A steady and strong Pilates class using the theraband throughout to enhance your exercises. We enjoy some fabulously fun side lying work for the glutes and the upper body and then flow into kneeling chest expansion and extension work before taking it up to standing. I hope you love it! This class is suitable for everyone as well as prenatal women but of course listen to your body and adjust when you need to.
