Deaf folks are so bad at leaving😂 i try to say goodbye to my other Deaf friends and we end up having a whole new conversation before i finally NEED to leave😆
😂
LOL!
oooooh you've never met a shiny (ADHD) HoH girl!!!
That’s kind of rude...
•B U B B L E G U M P O P• who’s rude
That awkward moment when you’re learning sign language and they both sign at the same time 🤦🏽♀️
Can you lip read or you can turn on subtitles as I do
@@aaronmcbride5003 In real life you can't do that though.
666 likes I made the 666
Marta Leszkiewicz yeah you can: just press the three dots on a phone, but on a pc press ‘cc’
@@sweettea735 Read my comment one more time.
The switching light makes me laugh. My family does that with me.
Yeah that's true
Same 😂
I for real thought I was going crazy because I didn’t understand so much, then I see in the comments it’s BSL 😂🤦🏼♀️
Whats bsl
Ryan Reeta it’s British Sign Language! I thought it was American Sign Language (ASL) that I just didn’t understand for some reason
Maddy Perriman okay well that explains why I was literally so confused for part of it!
Ohhh that makes sence....
Just put captions on
My mom: Sophia, are you watching a video?
Me: Yeah, why
Mom: I think you should turn it up. I can't even hear it and I'm right next to you
Me: She's deaf mom.
Mom: ohhh
We just started a sign language club at my high school this year, I love it and I agree that more people need to be educated about this.
Well, he definetly Waving Through A Window
I'm trying not to explode
ON THE OUTSIDE ALWAYS LOOKING INNNNM

I find these types of videos so helpful as I’m studying my level 4 BSL and there’s no point in me learning a language without understanding the culture! Love this channel so much
Your videos are so entertaining!! I'm so happy I found an amazing youtube like you 😍😍
Well done. Love this video of the reality 👍 And it is true that we won't leave until conversation is blown over. I lives in both of Cultures. All my family is hearing and I'm the only one that is hard of hearing impairment while on the left is fully deaf and right is partly. There is one thing that hearing would never understands is why you've got an good hearts as the ways we does communicate like that. I'll always be proud of who I am and always will loves being kinds. They're even me can be a daft sod or does funny things like flicking the lights on and off. Did evils things aswell by switching tv off and there me saying hello. We always have a funny moment 🤣🤣🤦♂️
just, so people understand, if you don’t understand “BSL” (british sign language “ you, can always put on captions.
click the 3 dots that are vertical, (left corner) (top) then , click captions, and it should pop up with “English” , just click or press, on that
to get captions.
It's the right corner dumb ass
@@isisaryon8413 so much hostility
5:26 When mom's cooking and you check if the food's ready
Omg I just love the sound your bracelets make sis
Of course there are many more cultural differences between the Deaf culture and the hearing culture! Great video! The bloopers are the best part of the video! Ha! Furthermore, this video still confirms one thing - Jazzy is still a dramatic queen! Ha!
lol "Why the hell did I just muah you?!!!?" Oh, Benny
I don't agree about the convo and food ones. But agree with the others. I'd love to see more videos like this :)
Megan Whitaker the food is because as hearing people we are generally more likely to sugar coat things and just accept things as they are even if we don’t really like them. I’m Deaf culture, they tell you how it is no matter what. They’ll tell you if you’re fat or looking ugly that day. They’re more honest. :)
@@Katie-ud4sq i agree deaf culture is much more blunt but i also feel like they exaggerated with the disgusting food one
Yeah I’ve been known to eat food even if I don’t like how it was cooked. Figure I’m hungry, I won’t want to wait for it to be cooked again, and I seen enough restaurant surveillance to worry if I offended the cook. It would have to be really bad for me to stand up for myself. I thought it was just me though.
Kathiron Reed telling someone they’re fat isn’t being blunt it’s just mean. We already know we don’t need others to say it.... I’ve never had a deaf person inform me of things I’m ashamed of, please tell me that’s just an example.
@@beatrixthegreat1138 im learning asl in college and we just learned about this a few days ago. My teacher (deaf) literally walked up to me and called me fat as an example
First time watching your channel!! Love how positive it is!
This REALLY helped put some things in perspective for me as well as gave me a couple helpful ideas for getting the attention of my non hearing friends... THANKS JAS! DAY 1 FAN
I, m deaf meet
So glad that I could find this channel. It has helped me understand the culture, and learn it just by seeing how they communicate, you know?
Love this video! The light switch one is so relatable 😂💜
Oh wow. You both have such great chemistry together! ANNNNNNND a fantastic sense of humor!
I'm hearing, but I watched this show called Switched At Birth and love it so much. It got me interested in learning to sign. I know a few sings like love, learn, dance, understand, and more.
lol literally same that's why this vid ended up in my recommended
I work at a restaurant and I didn’t know ASL to help them so we wrote back and fourth. I’ve been watching your videos and other learning videos so I can try to give them the same experience as everyone else.
Omg i always happy watch your UA-cam when u post all time 💕💕💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Very, very true! That's why I love BSL. The window part, my favourite
I love this!!! ❤️❤️❤️😂
yes!!! british sign language and american sign rocks. and i love this too!
Yes. We learned about these in my deaf culture class & i am so glad to finally find a video of it. You did amazing!! ✨ new subscriber! 💕
y’all are so precious 🥺
While I don't understand a lot of sign language yet, I found this video to be hilarious and fascinating. Good job
You guys sound pretty good with your voices TBH. Awesome video, very entertaining lol!!
Loved hearing y'alls laughter in the bloopers😄! Please wish me luck! Have started ASL Interpreter classes and it looks intimidating but I want to succeed.
I love you Jazzy, you're so awesome. Be strong as you continue on your journey ❤
I love you soo much I could watch you for days!!!
This channel has helped me understand more information about hearing impaired people. 💕
Patricia tha bibliophile try not to use the term “hearing impaired” it is actually offensive as it implies a “loss” of something whereas culturally Deaf people feel blessed to be Deaf.
Appropriate terms are Deaf and Hard of Hearing 👍🏻
Lol loved this video lol especially the bloopers 😂 excited to see the next one
Yes this so true in deaf world story of my life! I love the bloopers so funny brilliant acting 👍 😂
This is such a great video! I'm a CODA and it's so true me and my brothers had the advantage of knowing sign language. The food part was so funny because that's so my mom, if she didn't like something.. everyone would know it! 🤦♀️🤣
I love watching videos like this. It helps me learn more sign language. Took sign language as my language in high school because I’m hard of hearing.
LOVE LOVE THIS! I can definitely relate to some of these.
Hi Jazzy I am half deaf and That video is so amazing and funny! ☺ I am going share that video on Twitter! ☺
this true story world this AND I start laugh and cry the end lol
Thanks for sharing this video, it's amazing! I myself LOVE subtitled videos, even for hearing people it's easier to keep the focus on video and especially that deaf people can watch and enjoy the video... I am a travel blogger and I put subtitles in video before even publishing it because I think that deaf people should be also able to understand and watch more videos. I encourage everyone who have channel to write subtitles. Thanks again Jazzy :) :*
I think the food one depends on your personality
I loved this. So happy to see more sign language on UA-cam.
You guys are lovely! I enjoyed this, thank you
You both are fantastic. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the vid. That really helped me to understand better about the differences between the hearing and the deaf cultures.
I can't understand what they are saying but just there excitement made me so happy and I subscribed plus I started binge watching her videos

You guys are adorable.
Love you guys ♡
Your energy is adorable ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yesterday she was 52k! Now she is 60k! Congratulations!!
I'm picking up ASL this next semester and making it a point to at least understand the culture by the end of the next year. I'm really excited :)
This is really funny! Good job on this video, really enjoyed it!
Jazzy, is a long time I wanted to tell you there is a country where signing is part of our daily communication. Of course is not deaf signing, is a national way of signing. I'm talking about Italians. If you ever come back here I will teach you how we, hearing people, ask how much to pay after a coffe, or say "I don't understand" just signing and many others. That's a big issue for us as when we travel we need to contain ourselves. You mentioned signing through windows, we did a lot of it, even being limited to few words. I have a feeling learning to sign would finally express our deep nature to gesture at everyone for everything. In the UK I was quite shocked people didn't answer me with a hand raided to say something but was just pure speaking. You definitely need this side of Italy 😂
The party bit really got to me. Haha even as someone who can hear... it's hard to communicate. I grew up having a... Second language to my parents.... as my first language. I have a hard time processing English... So in other words... My parents are imigrants that tried to teach me my born language. Now the older I get, the longer it takes me to process what a person is saying, even in both languages. So watching sign has really opened my mind to communication.
I try to aim learning every language I can.
Also sensory is a bitch for me.
Without truely realizing it myself.. I grew up with multiple people in my life being deaf. We learned to communicate in our own ways as much as we could. I definitely appreciate it more now than ever being an adult. And making even more friends within this community. Communication is beautiful. In every form :)
Love this video! I will be looking forward to watching all of videos, Jazzy. Sign Language is a beautiful language for international deaf people no matter what. Greetings from Washington D.C.
BTW, I’m partially deaf, known as Hard of Hearing.
I just subscribed your channel. I am in love with you guys! 😍😍💛💛💛
this video is amazing! I love your channel!
British Sign Language is so dope! I'm fluent in American, but it's interesting to see the difference. Happy this was in my recommended, this was great! 👏🙌
The party one gets like I'll fully give up after two teies😂
I love this video. So cool! 💗

Its nice to see other channels like this 😀
I laughed so hard at the party scene. You two are obviously great friends.
Nice video I enjoyed.
I use qsl & asl here
Definitely agree with the getting attention one. So many times chasing my mum in shops/on the street because she has her back to me. Super difficult if it's crowded and people keep pushing between you. And, having been deaf for over 30 years, her first thought when I flick the lights to get her attention is still ghosts for some reason...
Awesome video Jazzy and Ben
🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
I love that while we watch this not only do we get her sighning hands but some asmr
Love you gurl
You are such an amazing inspiration thank you
I cant understand but like the sounds they make when they talk is stimulating my asmr senses 🤔❤
Oh my God yes I was searching for a comment like yours 😂👌I thought I'm the only one
Loved the second one, 'Getting people's Attention'. I do the 'wave hand in the air and keep doing so until Mum or Dad looks in my direction. If arm gets tired, move onto waving the leg instead.' :)
Loved it Jazzy
Im glad i found this video because my mum and dad is deaf and 1 of my 4 brothers is deaf . i do auslan which is australian sign language . i liked and subcribed and turn on the bell :)
Loved it !!!!
The party part is so true.. 😂 I'm hard of hearing and always wondering how people cannot get tired of shouting at each others at parties. Sign language would be so much more beneficial for everyone in situations like this.. 😜 Nice video!
