Sehr gerne 😊
Ok these are really fun to learn! Here is another one for your next video - liebshen. I am sure I’m spelling it wrong but it means something you might say to a girlfriend. It was used a lot by Colonel Klink in the old show called Hogans Heroes but it’s really rare to hear now. Almost everyone that I hear says Schatz or Schatzie now. Liebshen sounds nice though I wonder why people stopped using it?
You're close! The word you're thinking of is "Liebchen," which is an old-fashioned, affectionate term for a loved one or partner, similar to "sweetheart" in English. It's true that the use of "Liebchen" has decreased in recent times, with terms like "Schatz" and "Schatzi" being more popular. Language evolves over time, and certain expressions or words can fall out of favor as newer, more contemporary terms emerge. The shift in usage could be due to cultural changes or simply because people find other terms more appealing or relevant. However, it's always interesting to learn about and appreciate these older expressions!
Blubberwasser… Shouldn’t that one separate? 🤔
Blubber…whale fat
Wasser…water
😉😂😁
What would be the German word/phrase for “fat water” or “whale water”?
Fettwasser/Walwasser 😁
Ich mag sie alle, also ist vielleicht "der Duchmäuser" als Favorit geeignet, aber ich sage es lieber nicht. 😀
👏mit die Handschuhe
Looking very mature man. It suits you
Thanks 😊
So, could Blubberwasser and Sprudel be the same thing?
I think so! 😊
Love Count Duckula btw 😁
Mein leiblings wort ist der blubberwasser! Sounds like fatty water!
