- What are SMART Goals? In this video, I teach you how to make SMART goals. This is a great method of creating goals because it helps you stay focused, driven, and successful. The SMART goals acronym stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound and guides you through a detailed process for goal setting. This is one of my favourite ways to make my personal goals, so I hope you find it useful!

How many goals should I have when I’m used this method?
Hi Mario, you can have as many as you want because following this outline will make sure they’re achievable, but to start I would recommend 1 small one and 1 large one and then adding from there. Good luck! 🙌

Also one more thing one of my goals is hard to concentrate and the other one is writing a short story how can I be more specific what time?
Good question - you can definitely be more specific when it comes to time. The important thing is not as much following the prescribed formula I've outlined here, but making something that works for you. So in this situation, I might make a SMART goal for the general goal of writing a short story, but making a detailed plan with multiple steps as to how I'm going to get the story done. Does that make sense?
To make sure I fully understand what you’re saying is the specific way for me to accomplish it my short story is the figure out “How I’m going to get done?”
