Oh and MI Gardener has mini bells this year I’m so excited. The Johnny’s pablanos grow wonderful. They have a slow start then become prolific. Stake them and keep an eye out for flowers to fertilize yourself.
Thanks for sharing! We are in E TN where we basically get fall and summer. We are SE Florida natives. For winter squash/pumpkins, we grow 3 types successfully. Only 3. They are as follows: Seminole pumpkin, Cherokee Tan pumpkin, and Long Pie Pumpkin. Hopefully this information helps in your zone.
Hello! I’m most excited to grow more peppers and tomatoes this year for canning and preserving. It sounds like the onion varieties you’re growing are long day onions. In Texas you will likely need to grow short day or intermediate day onions in order to get a decent bulb. Hope that helps! Thanks for sharing! 😊
Some heat tolerant varieties of tomatoes that you might be interested in trying are: Heatmaster, Solar fire, Celebrity, Sun gold, big beef, sweet 100, porter and phoenix. Porter is actually a Texas heirloom 👍😁
Your landscape fabric is making the ground hotter, unless it's white in color. I would recommend lots of woodchips and bushy ground cover plants. Regular watering as well.
very nice Love watching your videos.Vegetable and fruit seeds are great.I have planted vegetables and fruit in my farm.Salute to your knowledge..good works🍓🍅🍍🍎🍏
I grew Dr Wyches for the first time this year, it did very well. Prolific and tasted great I will say I also grew Pineapple tomatoes and they were my favorite this year. 10/10 on taste and the fruits were huge. Blew me away.
i have a very small garden space of just 7 beds so im specializing in herbs a few tomatoes to sell and peppers that can make spices. in texas you mihjt try dwarf tomatoes under shade cloth. im also gonna sell some plants to get rid of some seeds and also gonna sell little inexpensive bouquets at my farmers market
Is the cream sausage very sweet? I am looking for another plum style but want it to be sweet. Also. I grew the round zucchini. I liked it! I used it like in eggplant Parmesan. Yummy. Thanks for a great video
@@sharonjennings1282 Hi Sharon thank you for your comment. The cream sausage is known for being sweet with low acidity. Yay! I’m super excited to try the round zucchini.
I’m growing dr wyche tomato’s for the first time in 2025 and I’m excited. I’m also growing some dark tomatoes like the blacks strawberry tomato and the brandy wine black tomato. I’m thinking about the patty pan squash but I’m definitely growing butternut squash. Great video
I tried a shade cloth for the tomatoes last year in central Texas and it didn’t help. I’ve never been able to get a larger heirloom tomato. The two varieties that work for me are early girl and better boy, they both produce tomatoes faster than the heirlooms.
What are you most excited about growing in 2025? Any garden goals?
I’m addicted to seeds too😂 it’s what I asked for, for Christmas ❤ Happy Gardening!

Black cherry vine tomatoes! They are the best tasting tomatoes ever❤
