    Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

      I am using Liitlleextra Cocoonioon shampoo for 5 months now and have gone through 3 bottles so far.
      Pros:
      1. It feels natural.
      2. My hair feels great after washing, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil.
      3. Yes, hair fall has reduced a lot gradually.
      4. The scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff.
      Cons:
      1. It doesn’t lather much, so you may need to use a little more product.
      2. When I heavily oil my hair, I find my hair still sticky after the wash, and a slight residue of oil can still be felt.

    I’ve been using Blumaan for a long time now and it really adds shine and makes my hair soft. I mainly apply to my hair when wet as I have naturally oily hair and skin (didn’t come from over washing, that’s just how I am). However I’ve never done the hair mask method yet, and I might do that tomorrow, though I won’t leave it in overnight I’ll probably just leave it for an hour before showering

    • @spartan456
      @spartan456 Рік тому +12

      @@matthewgoodson9275 It greatly depends on the exact kind of hair you have, and I don't mean whether it's wavy/curly or long/short. Specifically, the exact kind of hair you have (whether it's coarse or fine, thick or thin, heavy or light, etc). The reason there's so much conflicting information is because, well, everyone pretty much has different hair. Same reason there's hundreds of thousands of different products out there. These are things you kind of just have to try and see if they work for you.
      Despite everyone having different qualities of hair, there are still some general ground rules. The general rule of thumb when it comes to longer hair (somewhere between the bottom of your ears and the top of your shoulders or beyond) is to shampoo as infrequently as possible. This is because shampooing can actually severely dry out and damage your hair, even if you use conditioner or other products to hydrate it. This really only concerns longer hair, if your hair is cut extremely short, you don't really have to worry about this because you're likely getting haircuts at least once a month to keep it that length.
      It's a fairly common experience for many people with longer hair to have "bad hair days" the day they wash their hair in the shower, but as they spend more days not shampooing afterwards, the natural oils in the hair keep it looking healthy and hydrated. So it's not uncommon for folks with longer hair to shampoo their scalp as little as once a week, possibly even once a month. Dry shampoos can be used in the interim to keep any excess oil under control, and keep your hair feeling and smelling clean.
      One of the very first things I ask anyone who has problems with their hair is how often they shampoo it. If you wash your hair every single day, try dialing it back. Honestly try going as long as possible without actually putting shampoo in your hair. Wash and condition it on a Monday, and see how long you can deal with it before it starts to feel even slightly gross. I want to stress that I mean _wash_ your hair. You can still totally get your hair wet, detangle it in the shower with a wet brush, do all the maintenance needed to get dead hair out of your scalp, etc. Just don't use shampoo.
      Instead, supplement the scent department with other products like oils, leave in conditioners, or styling creams. These can work with the natural oils produced by your hair, and can potentially make it look far healthier and better than if you just washed your hair with shampoo and conditioner every single day.
      The trick to this is to figure out your breaking point. Some people produce oil very rapidly and HAVE to wash very frequently, others it's not much of an issue to deal with at all. I for example only wash and condition my hair once a week. However, I get my hair wet in the shower every day and thoroughly detangle it while it's wet. If it feels like it might be getting a bit too oily, I use some dry shampoo in specific spots to control the oil and refresh my hair.
      You would likely be very surprised at how much of a difference changing something as simple as your shampooing frequency can influence the look, feel, and overall health of your hair. Once you figure that part of it out, the rest is just experimenting with different kinds of products. Try out an oil, see if it improves your hair. Try a styling cream. Try a leave-in conditioner. Try a spray, or a wavy cream. Try a few different varieties of these different products. Give 'em a whirl, see if there's any improvements.

    • @gagalover2k10
      @gagalover2k10 2 роки тому +5

      If you exercise daily and sweat quite a bit then I’m sorry to say that you may have no choice than to wash your hair every second day. In between washes you could try dampening your hair with a spray bottle, maybe mix in a bit of leave in cream with the water. Then spray some dry shampoo when your hair is still damp, then either wait a few minutes before rubbing the dry shampoo into your scalp then leave it to air dry or dry your hair with a brush and hairdryer. Add a tiny bit of cloud control or frizz ease when your hair is dry to combat any frizz/flyaways, you should be left with nice soft, refreshed hair.

      Pick a natural hair oil like olive oil maybe. There’s a UA-camr by the name of Kaal Raam who recorded a video on this, so check it out. I just started doing this recently and all I do is MASSAGE hair oil into my scalp the night before I go for a shower, wear a silk hair cap like a bonnet when I go to sleep the whole night, wake up, take the silk cap off and go for a shower. I wash all the oil out with water, don’t use shampoo, and apply conditioner after my hair is cleaned of the oil. My credentials: my parents lived that natural life in Pakistan without too much processed crap. I would recommend listening to Indians, Pakistanis, or Bengalis (mostly Indians) for any advice because they have been using natural treatments since the beginning of time. Hope this helps.

    Hi Luca, Do you put shampoo in your hair when it is dry, or do you rinse with water first? I have dandruff, and ususally i have always put shampoo in my hair before rinsing with water, because i always felt that my hair would still be oily after shower. But wathing your video makes me think that it would probably be better, to rinse first then apply shampoo, in order to leave residues of oil in my hair. Thanks for this video, which i found very informative and interesting.

      Hey man - any wearables such as hats, hair ties or hair bands won’t cause your hair to recede. If hair recession is a concern of yours - I’d start by seeking a professional opinion. Minoxidil and/or finasteride are the most popular and common solutions. Hope that helps and good luck!

    Question: If I've been using some kind of styling product during the day, I want to wash my hair before going to bed. Is it OK to leave the oil in over night? Wouldn't it make my pillowcase (and through that my face) greasy?

    • @MrJacobkoh
      @MrJacobkoh Рік тому +1

      Depends. If you're using a few drops of oil to just lock in the moisture and nourish your hair, it won't affect your face or pillow much.
      But if you're doing a hair mask, which is using alot of oil, then you might want to invest in a bed towel as mentioned in the video.
