Emotional pain is so much worse than physical pain! I agree! I lost my sons father, my fiancé April 2020 to a car accident. He was my whole world at that time. We talked all day everyday. There were some not so great times between us. But we loved one another. He taught me so very much. That pain was beyond any break up with someone living. When u can’t text or call some one ever again. U never get to see them again, ugh I don’t wish that on anyone. A few weeks before, I lost my brother. His wife killed him. So I was reeling. The hardest few years of my life. But I’ve never learned so much. ❤ I am grateful for all of my experiences with this person. I’m grateful for the loss because without it, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. I wouldn’t have learned so much and completely changed my life. Things were dark for a while. But wow the beauty on the other side of the pain is priceless

True ❤ the combination of wisdom and compassion gives rise to magic : that is the gist of this entire podcast , I believe!!! The pain you are talking about is actually dealing with our material existence and attachment. Its more to do with the physical presence of that person in your life but once you two are a perfect soulmate pain vanishes. When two souls connect pain wipes off automatically !!! That is the mysticism of the body, mind, soul and their inter connectedness. When two souls connect, it takes your spirit up to a different level of grace and blessing ( which you can feel within). Physical connections are all very transient and vanishes with time. It's the mental connection of souls which leads to fulfillment and true happiness.

It takes a lot of courage to speak about memories which have hurt you in past. Kudos to you for your genuine nature and spiritual inclinations. I recommend doing a lot of inner child healing..talk to your younger self as an adult you wish you had during your difficult times. This practice is very effective (in psychology) the podcast was beautiful and I wanted to help in a small way. 🙂

YOU CAME ALONE YOU’RE GONNA DIE ALONE! I hope you read this, I’m going through a similar situation but a tougher journey. I’m 29 and lost the love of my life in a road accident within six months of our marriage! He was hospitalised for 2 months, unconscious all this time but year we are spiritual beings and we often forget that. I’ve always been drawn towards spirituality and yes I’m an old soul praying that this is my last birth on this planet. My inclination towards know why’s and how’s of soul journey have only increased, more meditation, soulful Saturday so on and so forth. With pain comes the remedy and you outgrow your old self for a bright future. Here to be a light worker❤ It’s not been an easy ride so far, losing a loved one loses a part of yourself but hopefully for your spiritual progress!
Same here, I’m 27 female, lost my fiancé of 7 years to sudden death. One morning he just didn’t wake up… coming January was supposed to be our wedding… we didn’t marry earlier cause we are both doctors and we’re establishing our career… it was the perfect relationship with the man of my dreams… he was to good to be real… maybe that’s why god just took him away from me….. it’s been 2 months since he died but I’ve not returned to work nor do I Have any energy to do anything…. Extremely depressed and just watching movies and actually started drinking and smoking for the first time ever at this age and I miss him So so so much… we used to live together for 5 years and now I’m waking up to an empty bed without his smell his laughter his smile and silly jokes……..

Emotional pain is so much worse than physical pain! I agree! I lost my sons father, my fiancé April 2020 to a car accident. He was my whole world at that time. We talked all day everyday. There were some not so great times between us. But we loved one another. He taught me so very much. That pain was beyond any break up with someone living. When u can’t text or call some one ever again. U never get to see them again, ugh I don’t wish that on anyone. A few weeks before, I lost my brother. His wife killed him. So I was reeling. The hardest few years of my life. But I’ve never learned so much. ❤ I am grateful for all of my experiences with this person. I’m grateful for the loss because without it, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. I wouldn’t have learned so much and completely changed my life. Things were dark for a while. But wow the beauty on the other side of the pain is priceless

It’s unfortunate that it takes such pain sometimes to see the real value of life ❤️ I am grateful for all of that pain. It still hurts sometimes. I think those times will always come.

True ❤ the combination of wisdom and compassion gives rise to magic : that is the gist of this entire podcast , I believe!!! The pain you are talking about is actually dealing with our material existence and attachment. Its more to do with the physical presence of that person in your life but once you two are a perfect soulmate pain vanishes. When two souls connect pain wipes off automatically !!! That is the mysticism of the body, mind, soul and their inter connectedness. When two souls connect, it takes your spirit up to a different level of grace and blessing ( which you can feel within). Physical connections are all very transient and vanishes with time. It's the mental connection of souls which leads to fulfillment and true happiness.
Seeing the people going through the same certain way and saying time will heal is the most courageous thing to know for the self ..💜☺️

I recommend doing a lot of inner child healing..talk to your younger self as an adult you wish you had during your difficult times. This practice is very effective (in psychology)

I hope you read this, I’m going through a similar situation but a tougher journey.
I’m 29 and lost the love of my life in a road accident within six months of our marriage! He was hospitalised for 2 months, unconscious all this time but year we are spiritual beings and we often forget that.
I’ve always been drawn towards spirituality and yes I’m an old soul praying that this is my last birth on this planet. My inclination towards know why’s and how’s of soul journey have only increased, more meditation, soulful Saturday so on and so forth.
With pain comes the remedy and you outgrow your old self for a bright future.

Same here, I’m 27 female, lost my fiancé of 7 years to sudden death. One morning he just didn’t wake up… coming January was supposed to be our wedding… we didn’t marry earlier cause we are both doctors and we’re establishing our career… it was the perfect relationship with the man of my dreams… he was to good to be real… maybe that’s why god just took him away from me….. it’s been 2 months since he died but I’ve not returned to work nor do I Have any energy to do anything…. Extremely depressed and just watching movies and actually started drinking and smoking for the first time ever at this age and I miss him So so so much… we used to live together for 5 years and now I’m waking up to an empty bed without his smell his laughter his smile and silly jokes……..
Probably this is the first podcast and an youtube video apart from a movie or a show which kept my ears occupied till the end. In fact probably this is the first thing in my life i have heard to each word so carefully and could connect all the dots the way to healing. Thank you.
