Yeah speaking of going to the bathroom out there , i was elk hunting in Montana a few years ago west of your location a few hundred miles while walking the boarder fence i needed to take a leak so i did only to look up while doing so to see a nice fancy video camera about 20 ft. Up in a big pine tree , so i waved what the heck , 👍

Squirrels, ADD/ADHD; I resemble that remark. And I'm probably twice your age. On the positive side, I get to live like Elvis. I don't recommend spinal fusion as a way to get morphine. When your brain works/runs too fast it slows down if you feed it speed, the Dr calls it Adderall but the bottle says dextroamphetamine salts combo. No one knows why it works. Or how. " This car has too much horsepower (as if that's even possible, but go with me here) lets feed it some Nitrous to slow it down." And people said Timothy Leary was a nut-job, eh?!! Maybe I've stayed in college if they knew what ADD was 35 years ago. But then I probably wouldn't be able to live like Elvis. And I wouldn't be able to fall asleep at night. A productive life is only a figment of one's, or more's(?), mind, ja?
In all seriousness, I smacked "like" and creamed "subscribe" even though this is only our first date. Im easy. And special, according to my mom. But not in that order.
Laughter cures all of life's ails that ales can't. Or don't.

Yep, reminds me of growing up on a farm, lots of time in the middle of nowhere. Its essential that you find ways to entertain yourself. Our equipment at the time was no where as big as what you're riding around it. On our equipment it would have been nice just to have the shade of an umbrella, a tractor with an A/C unit was unheard of. And you joke about an A/C seat! Still, growing up on a farm well prepared me for this COVID-19 isolation thing. I told my son that what they describe as isolation was normal life for me when I grew up. Though we didn't ware the masks. He didn't think he would like to live in that way very much. He's been citified.

Once upon a time ('70s) I worked for the Watcom Co Rd Dept. Part of our responsibility was to dig out the ditch on Boundary Rd which was the border between US & Canada. I would often jump back and forth over the ditch, helping the operator with the grade. The thing was that I was actually jumping over the border. The Border Patrol wasted a lot of time watching road workers simply doing their job.

Although the correct demonym for a person from the United States is "American" which is actually pretty non specific as the same could apply to someone from Peru.

You have to be “Somewhat Crazy” to farm in Saskatchewan if for no other reason then because of the ever changing weather conditions.
We had one year when we only had one month where we got no snow.
I would “LOVE TO SEE” Mike surpass the “Millennium Farmer” but because Zack pees “John Deere Green” he has many people that subscribe for that reason only. Zack’s content and purpose on You Tube is to make money since he has indicated he makes more than five times the income from You Tube then he does farming.
Mike is a “TRUE FARMER” and “NOT SPONSORED” by any manufacturer.
Mike calls it the way it is, if it is “GOOD” he compliments it, if there are “ISSUES TO CORRECT” he gives detailed explanations as to what has to be fixed.
We are “CANADIANS FIRST & PROUD OF IT”.
For the “Americans” that elected “TRUMP” it will be interesting to see how proud they are by the time “The Worst President In US History” “TOTALLY DESTROYS THE ECONOMY” along with “Countless Innocent Lives”.
I truly hope this COVID 19 is somewhat under control by November so “An Honest Election” takes place and Trump gets his “ASS VOTED OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE”.
The scary part is that “American Tax Payers” have to pay to protect him for the rest of his life.
Hopefully he gets convicted of “Tax Fraud” once he is no longer President and his “Tax Records” are released and he gets “TOSSED IN JAIL” and the “Keys Get Thrown Away”

The US side is farmed to the fence

    • @cr4zyj4ck
      @cr4zyj4ck 4 роки тому

The fence isn't the border. The border is in the middle of the unfarmed strip - Mike was technically "crossing the border illegally" by walking up to the fence.

😂😂😂Ha ha great episode!! I've been slipping for years, as soon as the ear plugs go in at work I become a one man radio station, all songs and conversations are sung and carried on by myself. Do you guys make it out to the farm show in red deer alberta? We always have a truck or 2 in the show, I think a box from Alberta Box Centre would look good on your farm😉

You may have missed your calling , your ability at improv is impressive!!! Being on the boarder as you are is yet another pretty unique aspect of your operation , never really crosses my mind that there is a real line and it goes through all kinds of topography!! Brother's a grave digger Hugh ? Don't know if you've seen Cole The Cornstars channel or not but their family also diggs graves ! Just riding along for all that distance with no turning around puts in perspective just how huge your fields are , around her we'd call it a township almost !! Hahaha
