Gotta say I like the fact that TCL kept the price of this device affordable while not compromising on the device's performance - good choice with the Dimensity 700 processor.
I've had it for 2 weeks now. Incredible for the price! I got it for $220 with case on an upgrade from Metro. For $220 it's incredible!
I just got it free last week with promo Metro/T-mobile had or might still have but so far so good. Coming from LG Stylo 6 which I still have but TCL is working good and faster then my old LG.
I am planning to buy this TCL Stylus 5g smartphone. The 4000 mAh battery backup, Mediatek D700 chip, etc.
I have had mine a few days. I switched to T-mobile so it was free via bill credits. I wanted to try a stylus phone. I notice few drawbacks compared to my Pixel 4a in everyday use.
I am actually positive about this device for its smart camera and the Mediatek chipset. Looks good for budget buyers.

How does it compare to the Motorola Stylus? There's an idea for your next video
The last Motorola Stylus I reviewed was the 2020 version. LOVED IT!! It was one of my favorite low cost phones. Not having reviewed the most recent version though, I can’t say. I didn’t like what they did with the 2021 Moto Stylus.
I've been using the moto g 5g stylus. Curse it every day due to its horrific texting features(non features). Absolutely no customization! Some texts are gone within 3 days, unconscionable! No setting to schedule send time, no audible notification, no notification on top or anywhere else either, just on home screen, Horrific! I've always had Lgs or samsungs, the Moto seems an Android in name only, compared with the two. There are just so many big differences that it does not seem like an Android at all!
I'm thinking of getting the TCL Stylus. Are you able to do an in depth video on the texting app, as well as other apps like calling, contacts... or, if you could let me know how it is? Is there any way l could speak with you.
Is the TCL at all water resistant, does it stay cool after long usage?
You need to try Xiaomi and Realme... For more budget options...
More difficult to get in US and Canada
No Palm rejection is a significant issue. At least in my opinion. Everything else looks very good.
Stylus pen phones excellent for students, executives, Architects, Engineers, for drawings and pdf editing.
Love your videos always non biased always on point I buy a71 5g before tcl stylus without stylus I wouldn't buy a71 5g is the sauce not steak sauce and will piss on crappy tcl stylus 5g hands down I would not spend my money on trash nord n20 5g is also miles ahead of that crap want a stylus pen get a real production phone s21 ultra or s22 ultra that's just facts much love and respect to you appreciate video but tcl could of done better no excuse

Damn I keep thinking I regret buying my s22 for $400 and not spending 1200 on an Ultra then I see how much worse a phone I could get.
There’s the Lexus LS 450, then a Toyota Camry, then Toyota Corolla. All good vehicles which meet differing needs and budgets. This is no different, imo.

For your information just because it's an Android and doesn't cost a fortune doesn't mean it's anything wrong with the phone my LG Stylo 6 still going strong does whatever I need it to do and is a great damn phone it didn't cost me a damn Fortune doesn't have to cost a lot to be a good phone and this phone that he's showing is taking the place of that LG Stylo 6 and it is just as good as any other Apple s***
