rvlast I wanted both Valeria and Kasumi too but you can't T__T Btw, Anita and Valeria's Unite Rival Attack is one of the strongest in the game, deals 3.0x damage at one enemy with Anita/Valeria unbalance, Overpowered! :D

You can take Anita even without Valeria as you can take Mundo and Sasuke even without Kasumi (But like close to the end of the game).

nah, not really. I'd prefer attacking the enemy twice with the Double attacking rune, the fury rune and ummm.. uhh.. I forget, Rick Perry's EPA.
You can get Anita at beginning of the game. Just lots of talking and flattery.
Anita, along with the fire swordsman and the squirrel, are the earlt characters that I always forget to get.

It was a bad translation. It was meant to say, an ALLIANCE. A state is an entirely different entity.
