It's good to see a vid like this. Maybe it'll help other Suikoden players decide to use some other characters in their team(it may have for me, though I'll always be partial to Freed and Yoshino, even though they're merely alright stats-wise).
I even think that Freed is weak, I hate it when I had to use him in some mission lol. But anyone can use, and win with their favorite characters, the game is quite easy gameplay-wise after all.
if you load a sui1 data with all characters in sui1 you got the hero from sui1 for borrow and can do the hero attack and also mighty rune so you choose them maybe but the strongest attack is the servant atttack with bob, shirley and bolgan when you use the special run where you get more strengh after certain turn on bob then turn wolf and make the attack doing over 15k then
the most of the attacks you dont use because 1. the character are paralysed for 1 turn and cant act but i think not the victor flik attack what is good because its rare to have a combo with 2 rune slot user so you can boost them too. Sometimes i take them to the end but most i use the 3 rune user like killey and sheena and boost them with double attack, double hit and raging rune more worth then a rune end attack most enemies get half magic dmg

I wish they did a unite for Bright shield and black sword. Even if we only get to use it once
Eiyuden’s Hero combos have good animations but their damage is not as good as having the characters involved attack individually.
Apparently it is a bug on the calculation of the damage. It gets divided by the amount of characters in the combo
yeah the full hero combo in eiyuden with the 6 ist really weak but it says massive dmg this is really a waste

I still miss tripelattack from Kasumi and her ninjas from the secret village and the Attack with McDohl from suikoden 1 with Mainhero from suikoden 2.
