2:35 You know, as much as some people hate "Victory," you can't deny this scene is brilliant. The reveal, the horror on the Doctor's face when he realizes he played right into their... suction cups? 10/10 writing for that scene. These ten lines prove just how awesome Daleks can be, and that they aren't just "silly British robots!"
It's the best scene in the whole episode in my opinion, and it really makes me wish that Victory of the Daleks had been a two-parter. Imagine if part one had been entirely devoted to the Ironsides, and this moment at 4:03 was the cliffhanger to part one. That way we would have had an entire episode dedicated to the Paradigm for part two, giving them more time to make an impact before escaping to the future
I agree, it's more than just a Dalek killing other Daleks - it's a manifestation of the Doctor's own hatred of the Daleks, made flesh. Rusty is probably one of the best Dalek characters we've had in a long time because he has an emotional impact on the Doctor, that's something that the Daleks have been lacking in recent years
Hey I have an interesting idea for a dalek story, basically an organisation from the future creates a dimension catapult to travel between parallel universes. However when they activate it they summon the Daleks from the Peter Cushing movies who begin killing on sight and invading through the gate. I picture it being a two parter where the first part is the start of this Dalek invasion and the prime timeline Doctor trying to figure out how to stop it. With the cliff hanger being him getting captured. And then the second half starts with the Doctor informing the Daleks about the Daleks of his universe and the movie Daleks choosing to summon them to form an alliance. However this actually results in the prime timeline Daleks attacking the planet to destroy the movie Daleks because they see them as impure (since they are from a different universe) and the doctor has to find a way how to stop all this
That's a great idea, I've never been fond of the concept of Movie Daleks showing up in the Prime timeline but this idea could work, seeing Movie Daleks battle Prime Daleks is something I never knew I wanted
@@dalekbumps yeah and I also would have it end with the Doctor having to destroy the dimension gate to prevent more movie daleks from coming through but also to stop the prime Daleks from going through it and attacking another universe. and to up the stakes a bit more near the end of the second part the facility self-destruct has been activated to destroy the research and prevent it from falling into Dalek hands. Plus to wipe out the prime timeline Daleks inside the facility after they wiped out the movie Daleks trapped there after the Gate is destroyed.
I don’t understand how the Kaled mutant can live outside it’s casing without its heart being artificially keeping it beating. Needs to be attached to an electrical impulse
What are some of your favourite and least favourite 'non Nick Briggs' Dalek voices? Recently I've been listening to Dalek Empire 3 and I really dislike the 'Suz' Supreme Dalek because the voice actress seems to just shout every single line and lacks the nuance of some of the Briggs Daleks (or even the nuance of 'The Mentor', Dalek Empire 2's version of a female Dalek).
It’s 2005 to 2022 not 2023 as we haven’t seen any doctor who tv episodes in 2023 yet so your title is wrong 😂 plus there is no 2023 episode clips or 2022 episode clips so yes your title is wrong 😂😂😂

I don't dislike Victory but not keen on the Paradigms.
1:05 "you told us to imagine, and we Imagined your irrelevance" is probably the second best Dalek burn after Pest control
“The last child of Galifrey is powerless”
“If emotions are so important than surely we have enhanced you”
The scene from into a Dalek is fantastic, especially with the added emotion from that fantastic score

Words cannot describe how much I love the Dalek Emperors voice
"Daleks do not have souls" gets overlooked.
I love how segmented and jarring Caan's voice is in Manhattan, very unique and imposing. Its a shame Briggs needed to change it later.
Caan's original voice is without a doubt my favourite Dalek voice of New Who
4:35 "my eye light won't turn on"
4:37 "oh wait nevermind"
Purify the Earth with the fire the planet will become my temple and we shall rise. This will be our paradise. 6:06

Dalek Empire has alternative Dalek creator in 2nd season.coming from alternative universe.
This sounds excellent! What would the overarching theme of the story be?
@@Sam-ep2yo it’s just Daleks vs Daleks and a race for the doctor to close the portal before an inter dimensional dalek war breaks out.
"Purify the earth with Fire." probably my all time favourite line

My fav is The journeys ending and Into the DALEK and Revolution of The Daleks❤
We all know who uttered the best lines before we watched the video. Sec my boy.
Was "the children of Skaro must walk again" not doing it for you lol?
I don’t understand how the Kaled mutant can live outside it’s casing without its heart being artificially keeping it beating. Needs to be attached to an electrical impulse
victory of the daleks is one of the best dalek episodes.not the best but up there.
No love for "You would make a good dalek"???
Absolutely, that was the number one pick of part one! It's probably my favourite line from Series 1
"USE YOUR INSIDE VOICE! YOU'RE RIGHT BESIDE ME!"
"BUT YOU'RE SHOUTING TOO!"
_"BITCH, ARE YOU QUESTIONING ME? DO YOU WANT ME TO COME DOWN ON YOU?!"_
Great stuff but old torch eye stick is going to get a taste of his own medicine when he reports the loss of the frozen army back on Skaro.
