I love the dalek coming up the stairs in remembrance you can hear the growing anticipation and excitement that it’s going to be the one to kill the doctor
That’s also why I like Daleks having multiple actors playing them. While emotionally stunted & pre-conditioned against such ideas, traces of true individuality still slips through their cracks in the right circumstances. This helps distinguishing them further from the homogeneous grey mass of the cyber-men or the cloned nature of the sontarans
A wonderfully menacing route down memory lane with the pestilent pepperpots. No matter how many fans say that the Daleks are narratively overused, they are nonetheless an integral component of the Doctor Who universe (and Nicholas Briggs is an exceptional vocal embodiment for the new era).😃😄
Two Brilliant Dalek lines from 1990's Doctor Who! 1: Squeaky Exterminate (Doctor Who: TV Movie) 2: We will explain later! (Curse of a Fatal Death) Honourable Mention: *We Love YoU.... GiVe Us A cUdDlE* (KitKat Advert)
Those two Frantic EXTERMINATES where the Daleks are just rushing forward yelling are the best in the entire show. It's just so clear the Daleks had gone insane.
I was really hoping you included Royce Mills bit in Rememberence of The Daleks where he barks "do not touch the equipment" at the Doctor! That's my favourite '80s line. So much better than Brian Miller making the daleks sound a bit dim-witted the whole time
I like the concept of the special weapons dalek. If only the Paradigm daleks hadn't looked so odd we could have had some interesting new weapon modes or tools

Yes the Dalek dialogue definitely got less interesting by the 80s- no more Dalek sarcasm or sneaky darkness like in The Dalek Masterplan or The Power of the Daleks- Davros was doing all the heavy lifting - particularly in Revelation.
Some of the 80s voices were terrible. I thought it was the settings they were using, but it isn't all Daleks in an episode, so maybe it's the actor's voice. They're pretty much all bad in Revelation though.

Roy Skelton really gave it his all for that Remembrance Cliffhanger

"The works of Shakespeare were written by a Dalek!"
~ Red Dwarf
Can't wait to see all the incredible 90's quotes!
My favourite 90s Dalek line is " "
I think there's only like one Big Finish Dalek story released during the 90s...Soooo..
“We will explain later!”
High pitched 'Exterminate' from the movie. :P
It really should be just a clip of all those off-screen chipmunks chanting Exterminate and nothing else.
Can't wait till the 90s, their one line in the TV movie was iconic
Can't wait for the 90s dalek lines where is just a single clip from the curse of the fatal death where they say "we will explain later"
The daleks behind the gates in Ratcliffes yard. Being of pure evil and hate but also like a game of hide and seek.
I loved the voices in this!!
Resurrection Quotes remain the best - 'we do not want excuses'....
Those two Frantic EXTERMINATES where the Daleks are just rushing forward yelling are the best in the entire show.
It's just so clear the Daleks had gone insane.
“THERE IS INSUFFICIENT DATA!”-Supreme Dalek, Remembrance of the Daleks: Part four (1988)
'I aimed for the eye piece'
With a rocket luncher i love that episode
Really good original dalek scenes from Doctor who
I was really hoping you included Royce Mills bit in Rememberence of The Daleks where he barks "do not touch the equipment" at the Doctor! That's my favourite '80s line. So much better than Brian Miller making the daleks sound a bit dim-witted the whole time
*Resurrection. Now who sounds dim?
I love how 4 is just a dalek screaming Externinate and then 20 is just the special weapons dalek being the colest thing there ever has been.
Remembrance of the daleks is the best 80’s dalek story
7:36 *Under attack! Under attack!*
7:59 *YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!*
It it did not have "exterminate" in it then it wasn't a brilliant dalek sentence.
I like the concept of the special weapons dalek. If only the Paradigm daleks hadn't looked so odd we could have had some interesting new weapon modes or tools
The giddy joy that erupted from my teenage brain, when I first saw the Special Weapons Dalek.
When the special weapons dalek totally destroyed those two daleks..hilarious 😂
8:08 Is that a Yorkshire accent the Dalek uses?
I've been wondering that since 1988.
It doesn't sound anything like a Yorkshire accent though.

Still think the 1980's Dalek voices were the most interesting and were changed to fit the kind of story they were involved in.
There is something about clip 4 that was particularly scary as a kid.
My Favorite Moment In 80" Daleks 3:10
Ah yes SWD My favourite

Daleks were originally made from swiss rolls, chocolate icing and smarties
My fellow emperors, we shall discuss here, for it is neutal territory. Reply when you arrive

How is number 4 on this list? It's not a line, they're just repeating their catchphrase!
Why does the Dalek at 17 sound like PeeWee Herman?
Dalek voices sounded crap in Revelation, talk about turn up the modulator
