Oh my gosh - this made my night! I just got the yarn to start a What the Fade - and while seeing and hearing your exhaustion of the 500 stitch rows (WHAT) made me debate if I'm ready, the end result confirmed it! Gorgeous. I've never done brioche - here's hoping I'm a quick learner!
Awesome job! It came out great! I'm working on my mine now and it is a job that's for sure. You now have me thinking about not blocking it as well. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Ohhh yay do you have IG? Or Ravelry? I’m interested in seeing your colors. I finally blocked my brioche cowl from Christmas & it didn’t seam to stretch the brioche apart so I may still risk blocking this one but I’m gonna wear it a few times before.
@@OneofaKate Yes I do! (Ralvery: jaesunbeam), though I've got to do better with uploading my finished items, good idea though! I'm using the same colors from the pattern found them in my stash, just started over as it was looking too loose in the brioche, hence my hesitation with blocking it when I'm done!
I have the pattern and yarn. I don't know how to do the I cord cast on or the brioche. Your looks stunning. Good Job!!!!!! Well done. I have 2 cowls I'm working on plus a crochet ripple shawl. Then I can start the "What the fade shawl. Thanks for sharing your podcast of your. You did an amazing job.
Thank you for this video. I was thinking of trying this one too, yours is beautiful. I like knowing how challenging it will be as I don't know all that fancy stuff yet...but something to look forward too.
Hi!! I've been watching this pattern ever since I learned how to knit a yesr ago. Anyways, I stumbled across this video and you inspired me to knit this! I am only in brioche section 1 and find myself off by 2 stitches also-IDK. I am not stressed and soo enjoying this. The only thing that I am doing is putting lifelines after each repeat sections! Anyways, fantastic job on this beautiful beast!!!
I wish you would have shown us the repeats as you knitted them, just the 2nd pattern repeat would have been great those increases have me climbing the wall.
I am a beginner and totally hear you. Watch Barbara knit is a great help. Fix mistakes right away don’t go any further. Her videos are a great help as are Roxanne Richardson. It’s a beautiful shawl good luck,
This is so gorgeous ❤ I love the colors you chose !!
holy moly! That is gorgeous. I love the colors you chose.
My stash hooked it up
Beautiful shawl. I haven’t taken the plunge yet but after watching this video anything is possible.
Oh yeah you’ll feel very proud after this make

It’s not really a race but for some reason I get in that mode. It’s definitely worth the time. Andrea has the video links that are very helpful.
I enjoyed watching, very entertaining and THANKS AGAIN🌷 👌🏽
Thank you 😊
It’s pretty! Glad you got her finished. My shoulders hurt thinking about that amount of stitches on the needles. A work of art!
Thank you 😊 I have put it to good use already this winter
Stunning shawl. Well done!!
Thank you 😊 it’s back in hiding for cooler months

Thank you so much 😊 I definitely learned a lot during the making
Thanks for sharing your progress as the shawl grew!
It’s definitely one of my proudest makes
Your tassels are amazing! Thanks for the pattern. I’m definitely making this shawl now.
Thank you 😊 i never want to make any other tassel again. They are time consuming but so worth it.
Thank you for this video. I was thinking of trying this one too, yours is beautiful. I like knowing how challenging it will be as I don't know all that fancy stuff yet...but something to look forward too.
Oh yeah challenges are sometimes worthwhile
Its soo beautiful💖
Thanks
Oh no I am just finishing the find your fade...you are making me want to make this one!!
I love this so much but it was basically knitting a blanket so I will cherish the one. Can’t imagine making a second.
Its so gorgeous!!! Love it! Can't believe how fast you finished the project. Its going to take me at least a year LOL!
Lisa Zhou there’s nothing wrong with the slow pace to enjoy every stitch. I had a deadline & juggle multiple projects
I should say a self-made deadline
I love it!! Your tassels look really good too. Its so big and plush. It makes it look more luxury.
Lisa Zhou oh yes, I love the luxe tassels
Beautiful work!
Thank you, I’m so glad it turned out so perfectly.

Awe, so glad to hear you’re feeling inspired by me. That is a smart decision to use lifelines.
How do the repeats go? I've gotten through the 1st round and I keep getting stuck. Do I do a repeat at the beginning and the middle and the end?
I wish you would have shown us the repeats as you knitted them, just the 2nd pattern repeat would have been great those increases have me climbing the wall.
Lois Hale I cannot give away the details of a paid pattern. Andrea Mowry has fantastic video support. I would suggest utilizing all those.
I enjoyed watching, very entertaining and THANKS You 🌷 👌🏽 be safe
Thank you 😊 I think this may be my most watched vlog
Your shawl is freaking beautiful
I love the "wrong" side. Love how the darker color on the top plays with the pink
Right?!? I actually wore this last night with the WS facing out.
This is beautiful! I always want to so this pattern but not sure how I'll do the color combo.
I don’t think it can be done in any wrong way. It’s a fantastic design
It looks so good on you 😱
Thank you 😊 I will be breaking it out a lot with cooler weather hitting
Awesome job! So fun to find fellow Texans who knit!! Where in Texas? I’m north of Dallas. Beautiful work - very inspiring!!
Ooo we’re close. I’m in East Texas near Canton.
I am a beginner and totally hear you. Watch Barbara knit is a great help. Fix mistakes right away don’t go any further. Her videos are a great help as are Roxanne Richardson. It’s a beautiful shawl good luck,
I’ve learned a lot since making this shawl. Thanks for the recommendations
I am loving how stinking large it is. I agree with you too...I love that wrong side. :)
It is seriously massive! I had no idea I was committing to a blanket.
👏🏼😇👏🏼
You should design the colour set and sell it .
I want the one you made exactly lol
Thank you. Feel free to replicate. I do not dye yarn. I have dabbled in it but I’d rather stick to making all the things
Amazing job girlfriend
Thanks friend for all your support
