  • Beetroot pachadi
    INGREDIENTS:
    Beetroot - 1 cup finely chopped or grated
    Green chilly - 1
    Yogurt - 1/2 cup
    Coconut - 1/2 cup
    Water - 1/4 cup
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Mustard seed - 1 tsp
    Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
    Curry leaves
    Dried red chilly
    METHOD:
    🥥 In a pan/kadai add in the beetroot and water and cook.
    🥥 grind the coconut, yogurt and green chilly in a mixer grinder.
    🥥 once the beetroot gets cooked add in the salt and grinded coconut and cook until it just starts to boil.
    🥥 switch off the flame before it boils much.
    🥥 heat the oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seed, curry leaves and dried red chilly. Pour this over the cooked beetroot .
