She had used it for years and now no longer cans or creates sauces and so was going to give it away or sell it in a garage sale. She saw that I was doing canning and asked if I’d like it. Of course I said, yes. It’s in perfect condition, even has the original box for storing it in as well as the three optional screens. Only thing that was missing was the instruction manual on how to put it together and use it. Your tutorial was very helpful! So excited.
I can’t understand the directions & am sending it back. It’s a box full of parts & I have no idea where any of it goes. Plus, my tomatoes need doing now & I’m not going & buying a big table. Waste of time & money $60.
It is very easy to use and yes it has to be assembled as there are several different screens for different applications. Take a mi use to learn it. You won't regret it.
