Are 18wheeler? Is that out of cargo van? Box truck? Or those numbers in your own authority if not what company? I want in
Nice
So true! My husband JUST started and made $1400 his 1st wk. It's very possible!
Did he start it with his car or did he buy a cargo van?
What kind of van?
Initially, he tried to start with his car, but wasn't able to get loads. Once he got a cargo van, they started flowin' in. It's a little bit smaller than the one the guy in the video has, but it gets the job done.
@@Nella1020 Okay thanks.
@@Nella1020Hello Sista. What year is your husband's van ?
Make sure you get some workouts in after all that sitting around. To get your blood circulating and avoid blood clots. Jump rope, Burpee's, Air Squats, Push ups, Jogging in place, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks etc.
Most people have no idea how crucial this is.
Been doing for 3 weeks and all of that was part of the job....I quit yesterday because I was in a commission situation and the owner of the van thought it was best to talk to me any ol kinda way, little did he know 3 days in, I was van shopping.
Wow this should have more likes
There is money in this business, you will never run out of work because companies always need whatever it is they bought
Hello ty for the info can I use my Mini van until I can buy a cargo van or box truck ?
I'm in St. Louis, MO. How do I get into independent courier work? I have a 1500 Silverado pick-up truck.
Great idea !!! I’ll add box trucks to my big truck fleet when I get everything up n running!!!
I like the info! Much needed
I deliver flowers for two flower shops and making ard $150-250/day in 4 hrs. Sometimes 3 hrs and done for the day
How do I start this bro? Put me on some advice I got the work ethic but need to have it for my own business !
@@ayeb350 I went to several flower shops and ask if they need help delivering flowers and went from there. It’s a good niche gig to make quick bucks. Florists do pay $15-20 per delivery and you will go out delivering 10-15 flower arrangements per day.
How much does each florist pay you? Do you come up with the amount they pay you or do they? Do you have a vehicle with refrigeration to keep the flowers cool or you just blast your AC all the time? What happens if you’re sick or go on vacation? Do you have people to do your routes, and the shops don’t mind if they are other drivers?
I'm in St. Louis, MO. How do I get into independent courier work?
Can I connect with you? I’m in the UK and do similar
Transportation run the world.I have my own big rigg! Paper all day everyday! Open y’all minds up.JT talking facts🎉
Is being an owner operator still worth it? I hear a lot of negative things about it online
@@kenwooddrive3116from my personal experience. It's better to be an independent courier, in MY opinion. Whether it's a box truck, or sprinter or cargo van. When I was driving my semi I just never knew how much I was going to make a week. Yes I could make 10 grand or more in a week. But I also wasn't home alot of nights if I wanted to make that money. But with being a courier. I'm home every night. Know around how much I'm going to make give or take a few lol. And there's tons and tons of all types of loads that need to be moved that is just not logical to use a semi truck for. You have to put in some work and learn some stuff as you go. And you'll end up doing good with your courier services
I just bought your book yesterday. I’m saving up to buy me a cargo van or sprinter. I can’t wait
JT been doing this before it was cool. Now it's viral all over social media. The OG!
Oh he’s in Oklahoma! I’m in Oklahoma! Okay guys it’s a wrap! I’m in the perfect place to start this business!!
I respect you bro 💪🏾💪🏾 much love and God bless you and yours 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thank you Sir!!
Great video sir, i feel motivated. Struggling out here trying to make ends meet, i love to drive this seems like something id definitely would be into
Southern CA is 5.00/gallon+ therefore 2.50+/per mile is ideal.
What’s going on sir. Help us get this grind on!!
Hey man! I kept getting “JT sent me” comments on my videos, and found you. Loved your video and I appreciate you tagging me and the commentary man! Much love!
Awesome, if you ever are interested in coming on the channel either via zoom or in person let me know. DM me on instagram @jthustlez (the one with the blue check mark since it’s a lot of fake pages) and we’ll make it happen 💯
Im selling my semi and getting a sprinter. He is making more money than us with less overhead!!
Another thing is he might be getting fuel discounts depending on if he is using a certain kinda fuel card also.sprinters probably get way more mpg than a semi.freight rates are basically the same as semis
Right on
Yeah that big truck ideology is dead...
JT I miss doing the IC I drive a truck for a Company as a w2 but I am considering coming back to the game.
I been debating to do this as well. Love to travel but always been wondering how to pik up loads
If i had the van i would take all oppurtunities to earn that great financial freedom i need for my me n my children
Yes I would love to do this
No doubt!
I would like to know this as well. i know a few owner operators that say loads pay nowhere near what they used to and parked tbeir trucks
Thank you for sharing this video!
Where do you get the bids or how do you get the bids
I love ❤driving and ready to see new places.
I’m in Indiana. We haven’t seen 2.69 since Trump. Gas was been between $3.33-4.02.
i wouldn't do anything that doesn't pay at least $1.75 per mile round trip! You have to allow for fuel, food, maintenance, repairs, etc.
Great content! Very useful. Also where did you get those glasses bro?
Got a bread route in dc . Make between 1500-2200 weekly . Looking to get cargo van and do this . Studying on this now
What vehicle are you currently using?
How do you go about getting a bread route?
Upside app will help on the gas
Where do you find the routes in the beginning.
What i like about your videos is the ideas it creates. Im probably not going to drop my work and buy a big van but it does make you think about other opportunities and how someone can get something going, whether it's this or being a notary, or whatever. So thanks
Where can I apply for it??
Freight will never stop moving . people just don't know what freight to haul . Or which states has the most freight
How do you go about even finding these loads??
Thank you for this content, very helpful.Salute you your channel💯
What is the content creator’s page/information? I dont see it in the notes below.
Hey JT what’s the name of their channel? Wow this guy is doing the damn thing! Love your content, been following you for a while. You’ve been doing your thing for a long time and it’s so inspiring 🙌🏾👏🏽🥰
Make sure you buy a gas vehicle. If your running a diesel van. Take off a third of what he makes. Also. He is truly independent. no broker or dispatcher. I drove for a carrier. I averaged 1500 a week after I paid for fuel and insurance. ECT..
I'm from LA, CA, gas is $4.89
How do you figure out where the good freight is?
I am watching this 4 months later, and live in Southeast.. and I get Premium, so I pay just over $4.. So... yeah.. If I had a sprinter van.. I would definitely do this.. Hands down.
Price of gas in FL is around $3.09 a gallon....it's currently 10/18/2023 and its before the holiday season so the gas is low BUT as soon as we get nearer to holidays, we all know that the gas will skyrocket!!
I just purchased a Sprinter Van. How do I get my loads? I'm just watching videos and word of mouth for now.
This is awesome content. New subscriber here!
How do you find jobs grabbing pallets? I have a van that can carry pallets, but not sure how to get these jobs, I am a good driver, can handle long hrs on the road.
Wait gas is 2.69 in Texas here in Missouri it's 3.45 smh
What kind of jobs can I get with a pick up truck in NYC area?
This is ny next business 2024!
Lets go 💪
I’m in north Louisiana and have a pickup truck . Who should I check out to sign up with .
Gas is $3.50 $360 in Chicago.
How can I get into this business
Can't find any apps that don't require an LLC to deliver via courier, and renting out a sprint van for 1 to 3 days seems like it would cost more to rent than to actually make any money after the costs.
I have a sprinter van. How can i ger these loads?
Where on earth are you guys finding this freaking work? Jesus I'm in Knoxville and the only courier work they have is 800 a week moving Auto parts
Tis the season
The biggest question that’s never answered. What app or load board do you book the freight on?
Did you ever get this answer
I'm at someone who had a Sprinter Van and he made a ton of money getting to travel all around the country.
Over $5 per gallon Pacific NW
I love this video ❤
What's the best size sprinter van to get?
High top or mid rise. One you can stand up in with no back windows.
2.69 a gallon is cheap compare to California, almost 7.00 in 2023
The second half of the video is important… REINVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS to maximize future profits and to make your task easier
gas is $4.80 in CA valley area not LA. That's at least $5.20 and $5.50 Hollywood
I want to start my own independent courier.. im in California san Bernardino.. i got some money saved up
Does he pay for.damage insurance too? Also does he load or can he charge for loading?
It depends on who he’s working for but it’s usually yes to the first question and it depends to the 2nd
In today’s market of fuel costs I definitely wouldn’t have taken a load for 730 going 680 miles.
This is where I need to be someone please guide me in the right direction!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾
Want to get this info
Is this available in my country Philippines?can I aply to it?thanks sir please reply me yes or no.
What size van is this?
I did the math -- You will make (if your smart and everything goes right) $36,000/per year after all expenses / paybacks or payoffs / taxes / repair savings. That's find for Texas (maybe), but not California.
If the cost of living is hire in your area so is the pay. There’s no way it could not be in a B2B environment
I'm in St. Louis, MO. How do I get into independent courier work?
Where do you apply for this?
So how do I get a load to get started?
👂 hola señor/ hello 👋 Sir
$4.19 in Las Vegas, NV
Starting entrepreneur here, quick question how do you guys find jobs in your area? I’m in the sugarland, Houston area
If he’s getting a load for $2000 for 720 miles he must be a family member of the broker. I haven’t seen a rate like that on a long haul.
What is the first thing you need to start a buisness like this?
I’m Baltimore md how do I do this
Any tolls involved
that Gas is very low, mannnnnn yah lucky i just pumped $5.65 a gallon here in Los Angeles😞 yea i wouldnt be able to take them long az miles on cali gas prices lol
Can I use a rental vehicle
These numbers be unrealistic. I literally searched everywhere.
Apparently not if people are making it right 🤣 y’all be cracking me up. What company you working with or who mentoring you in the industry you don’t have to figure it out on your own that’s the biggest mistake I made back in the day before I transitioned out the business into what I do now.
@@JTHustlezwhere do u find a legit mentor tho
Great video JT! What’s their channel?
I would only take a load from state to state if I had another load waiting for return trip.
This is probably with a direct shipper just to note
How do I get started
Where do you advertise?
How’d you get your first clients when you started?
I’d take it all day Sun!
What UA-cam name for the courier/video we watched travel ?
Is he staying in a hotel or something when he goes to those places? Just curious if he stays at all those long stops or drives back home? Seems like a hotel would bite into his profit. Also, is this doable/realistic for someone with just a car?
People sleep in the cargo vans…get a load going back in the direction u just came from or close enough
Hotel stays are tax write offs for your business😉…also adds points for your stays
3.30 in Jax Fl right now…..
Do this local..DONT get on the road..u will lose everything
So does this guy have an MC and DOT? What type insurance is needed?
I'm a driver over 21yrs
That youtuber says he works directly with a broker so there's no dispatch percentage
