@@rogermontejo2986 Yeah, but you should implement weight training, otherwise you'll have to do this daily on an insane volume and wait years to get to anything "aestethically advanced" so to speak.
But it's harder than it looks keeping a routine like this for a beginner, especially if you have a crumbled agenda.
Anyway, start slow and build it up!
Consistency is key, always.

Some of y’all have no clue how important a strong back is. Not only does it help your physique but also helps your posture, squats , deadlift, and little for bench and helps you run with more stability. Resin for this is because you need core strength for all of this. Your back is extremely important for that. 😊

Ive always wondered how you can build back muscle with these excercises if there's no resistance?
Nah no way you need weights to gain back muscles its not quite easy

@@user-nt6pk4bn4p pull ups are the best for lats but to gain muscles in that area you have to try weighted pulls ups. Iam saying this because l do 20-30 pull ups everyday and have a great lat but no muscles.
@@user-nt6pk4bn4p pull ups work because you're essentially pulling 99% of your body weight. So there's tons of resistance. But once they get easier, you'd have to add more weights if you want more muscle/strength.
@@user-nt6pk4bn4pthats bodyweight, still weight. If you a kid the bathroom stalls in school should have a bar you can do pullups on that. Havent seen any in public tho

@@thevigilante49I am. The movements has become a bit easier so I have added 2.5lb velcro ankle straps around the towel and my wrists for some moves. Slight physical "gains" however I'd say more toning than gaining and I'm happy about that. Lately feelin more soreness in my traps, not sure if that's a form thing or not. Possibly due to it being an underworked area for quite some time now. Lastly, my job is physically demanding and I have not had as much lower back pain as before. Cant contribute all of that to these movements; I do alot more stretching these days, however, I was hardly doing anything for my back for a while. First few sessions were vastly different than what I expirience now. A big example is my ability to draw in large breaths. I struggled immensely with keeping a deep and steady breathing pattern through core and back work. Anyway...sorry for all the detail just figured thatd be better.

Unfortunately you can't make gains with this. Good if you're a beginner. At present even am searching for back workouts without equipments as am traveling
I got a super high pull-up bar and its not helping 🥲😂
@@mayarr_ We'll if you have a high pull-up bar you can do a lot. If that bar is fixed and stable you can do a lot of excercises with rings and maybe add some resistance band excercises along with that.
This video helped me more than a visit to an Actual Physical Medicine Doctor giving me stretching exercises......

None of these exercises target lats directly which is essential for that width.

They have no resistance how will they break down the muscle
