Wow, that was good, Faith! Reminds me of my 20s. I started fasting at a young age as well and still do. It is like your friend says, it is a super power! I also believe in keeping our bodies active. I exercise daily; it is so important, especially as we age. You have a very wise mother, and it shows because that wisdom has been passed on to you.

Faith I sincerely respect your cooking ministry, I’ve tried several of your recipes and they came out wonderful! I heard your testimony on how you struggled with covering your head, I too had to learn to keep my head covered and this is a humbling process. I believe every Word of God from Genesis to Revelation and everything in between so I appreciate what is written. I’m saying all of this to say this, please don’t get in error quoting and explaining Scriptures we as women are Commanded not to preach, neither have authority over the man, we may teach the younger woman how to love their husbands and their children, how to work in their homes and live wisely. There are woman prophetess, and we may testify to how God changed our life, but under no circumstances are we allowed to preach. I pray you receive this in love and care. I don't believe that women should preach neither nor do I desire to preach. I understand that Christ is the head of man and man is the head of woman... I've talked about it on my channel.🙏🏽
I pray you too receive that women can tell their testimony as I do on my channel. We too can pray and prophesy (that doesn't mean in a closet or under a bed somewhere only if that's her desire.) and according to scripture prophesy means to edify, encourage, and comfort. 1 Corinthians 14:3
But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
Just because we (women) are not the head doesn't mean that we (women) are mute nor does it mean that if she speaks that she is trying to preach. That is not biblical. 🙏🏽
Respectfully... God and His word ... The scriptures, are a HUGE part of my testimony. Did you listen to my testimony here? What did I say here that makes you think that I am preaching?
I share my testimony as it pertains to my walk with God. I don't even claim to be a teacher (only to my children). Scripture also says speak that you know... In all honesty I know nothing but my testimony and Christ crucified 🙏🏽
John 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
I will ask you, have you heard of Priscilla and Aquila? They were a couple in the book of Acts... Priscilla wasn't mute, she shared and taught Apollos along with her husband. What about Deborah, she was a judge and a prophetess ... Just because a woman speaks up does not mean that she is trying to preach. 🙏🏽 God too, gave women a voice.

Greetings, thank you for your response, I too believe we must testify because The Scriptures say that we should, I was referring to quoting Scriptures and then breaking them down, that would be considered preaching and or teaching. My understanding of Scripture is that a woman shouldn’t do that, if we do that and someone misunderstands what you’re saying you don’t want to be responsible. Also from my understanding of a prophetess is someone who The Lord Jesus gives of an event that will happen, like when He revealed to Miriam that her parents would give birth to Moses. She told her parents of this event and it came to pass. Priscilla supported her husband but The Scriptures never said she preached. Yes Deborah was a judge, a woman can be a queen, etc. we are just not allowed to preach or teach The Scriptures, respectfully. Think about it the woman was the first to be deceived by the devil and it is because of the woman that we must all die. I think everything you’re saying is a great testament of your personal experience with The Lord, we must be careful when we start quoting Scriptures and explaining it. Peace be🙏🏾

I disagree. I never said Priscilla preached. Scripture specifically says that she and her husband "expounded" on the ways of God to Apollos... That is not preaching but showing a more perfect way of God which is "teaching"
Acts 18:24 And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
25 This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
26 And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
Where does scripture say that if a woman expounds on scripture that she is preaching?
Where does scripture describe what preaching is? As to your definition. You've said a few things but I'd like specific scriptures as to why you believe what you are saying
Also, 1 Corinthians 14:3 as I presented in the last response tells us exactly what prophesying is. We can't just make up what we think it is when it is already written for our learning.
I do understand that I am responsible to God for what I say, I also know that I am responsible to God for what I don't say.
