Why do some of you who review vehicles on YT talk about highway fuel economy when you don’t take the time to drive consistently for that portion by setting cruise at +5MPH and going 50-100 miles like the guys at DailyMotor? I get it that Florida traffic drives 80-85MPH, but 75MPH on the highway has less of an impact on MPG across vehicle types/shapes than does 80 or 85MPH.
I’ve been consistently getting 25 mpg in city driving. Using regular fuel (yes regular fuel) for the past 2 months. Been driving in eco mode. I drive as if there’s an egg on the gas pedal LOL

Also, don’t think they’re gonna make the new 4runner take premium. Premium fuel required? If the same power train in the Taco can use regular why did Toyota tune the LC to require premium? It's as if they're telling me NOT to get the LC.
Premium makes it possible to tune the engine for better throttle response and overall pleasing drivability. Financially well off owners appreciate that.
