I had an amazing time with Katie and Lynda, loved every minute. Just to say this was my first time interviewing and recording everything. I will get better but I'm only using my phone and a microphone so sorry if the sound is up and down, you can hear it better through earphones x

Really enjoyed. I started needle felting in the early 80’s. I also had what I called my spinning flock. I had different breeds with an array of fleeces and colors. I was very fortunate to have a core of people who were actively promoting rare breeds and colored sheep. I have not felted for a number of years and you have gotten me excited again. I have pulled out my wool stash and needles. Thanks so much.

One thing I couldn’t quite catch was the name of the UA-cam program Lynda and Katie watched as their introduction to felting.
I had such a great time meeting them, it was fantastic. The UA-camr they mention is Sarafina fibre art, couldn't hear any others so think that's the one, thanks for watching x

What a wonderful trip - such beautiful ladies and artists. The wreaths are stunning and so very unique. KILLER studio! So very jealous but inspired. I wish they offered kits and also if they could make smaller sculptures. Thanks for taking us along. Love the gorgeous countryside.

Philippa this was amazing!!! I am soooo jealous!❤️ I am in Maryland USA and I am about an hours drive to Sarafina. I started with a pumpkin kit from her. Sadly I have never ventured out to her shop. You have inspired me to step out and embrace the needle felting community in person. I am sad I missed the last zoom calls, but I will keep trying to participate. Looks a great place, near the end of the video they said they started using roving and it nearly put them off, I am using that it is hard, what would you suggest to use instead of roving for needle felting animals etc.
Carded wool is best, I have this video showing you the differences x
