I know this is two years old but those Dachshunds!!!!!! They are absolutely stunning! I might have known my favorite felter would also be a doxie person!!! Absolutely beautiful babies!
OMG. I knew the Gracie and Sapphire channel before I knew you were the Philippa who felts! Two of my favorite channels are related! Love it! Gracie and Sapphire got me through some rough pandemic days. Thank you for sharing them with me. 🤩
What a coincidence that you found them first! I haven't done much on their channel as I have been so busy but hope to put a few on soon, thanks for watching both channels! xx
Love the puppies. I have always had dachshunds. Currently have one little chocolate guy, Willy. My constant companion and best buddy. Looks like you have years of unconditional love and fun ahead of you.
I recently got 2 kittens and had to re-do my felting area. I put all my needles in a box and put all the supplies / felt I'm working in a box or tin. If I leave the room I take the felted item I'm working on or put it where the kitties can't get it. They love them and steal them and play with them and bite them, and chew on the wool... It has been a journey.... but lodes of fun. Love your felts and the puppies are cute. Have a good day and stay safe. And may your felting vibes return full force.
I really love all the new animals you've been making. The owl looks fantastic and I meant to comment on the last vlog that I loved the puffin too, and the cute little piggies! I'm glad you feel your motivation coming back now. We all feel that blah feeling sometimes and it's OK to take a break and do some self care instead. Have fun with your new puppies, they are absolutely adorable. xx
Hi, how are you? Thanks so much, really blaming the hot weather for my lull in felting. Puppies are great and keeping me busy, trying to improve my felting with some variety, hope you are well xx
love all your new makes..how you displayed your items in the craft fair looked great and gave me some ideas to help. Love the Highlands in the frame idea 😍 .. I didn't felt at all in the heat wave we had so strange..my motivation went for a bit but now returned so it does happen to us felters 😂 maybe it was the heat I don't know 😕.. ahh your new puppies are absolutely gorgeous 😍❤ thanks again for sharing all this useful info 😊😊
Really love the owl! Sorry to hear about the lack of motivation but glad to see you're feeling better now. I found it really hard to get back into felting for a short while when I came back from my wee holiday in Edinburgh and then started my new job; I had my guinea pig started and just couldn't finish it. The whale looks like a lot of fun and it's great to see you back at making lovely things (glad to hear I'm not the only one who feels that way sometimes though). Michelle x
Hi Michelle, yes, nearly a whole week not felting, guess it happens, back into it now though. Your guinea pig looked very cute but sometimes you need a little break and then when you pick it up again you'll be ready to finish it, take care and hope the new job is OK xx
@@feltsbyphilippa Thanks! I hope I can finish it soon, it was good to be felting again during our zoom call and I will make time after work from now on! All the best x
Love your videos watch all the time, hope to get good enough to make some of your creations. Fyi a hogg sheep is female 1 year old sheep. (Smallholder farmer here)

Lovely, thanks, really wasn't sure, lovely fleece, hope your creations go well and thanks for watching x
You improved so much!
Thanks x
It was the hot weather hun, as I lost mine as well
I'm sure it was now, glad it's a bit cooler x
How is the electric felting machine going, are you still using it?
Not much, I should do really, easier to just felt by hand sometimes rather than get it out and plug it in x
Hog fleece might be referring to a hoggart, which is between 1-2 years old. Not a lamb and not ‘mutton’ (were you buying the meat)
Just not a sheep expert, thanks
