Hello beautiful. For the precentage of the additives, what are the precentages of? Is it the 1% of oils, liquid, or total batch? and are the lyes 80% / 20%? Also, is the milk discounted? I love your content by the way 🥰
Omg! I’d love to see you make soap dough out of this soap paste! Are you going to make that for us too? I love all the different things you can make with this magic stuff!❤️❤️
I live in a very humid climate. My soap took hours to get to the translucent stage, but finally it did. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t get done in 30 minutes! I’ll let you know how the sugar scrub works! Thanks Mrs Soap!
I’m so excited and so mad at the same time! I just made 70 ounces of your original paste for whipped soaps, now I gotta find a reason I need to make this now too! The original recipe is amazing, can’t wait to try this! Thank you!!
I've been using your soap paste recipe for sugar scrubs and shave soaps! Love love love it! Saves so much $$ making my own. Thank you so much for sharing again with milk soap paste. Ima try it!
I would like to see the coconut soap too. I made one with coconut cream once and the lye solution turned out really thick like pudding. It soaped fine, Just a little thickums. lol 😂 I don’t care if you’re Mic is dusty, You do so much for all of us, A little dust on the mic ain’t gonna upset me none. I loved your original soap paste recipe. It made me some Delightful, whipped sugar soap, scrubs! I’m really excited to give this new recipe a try even though I still have a crap ton of the Other soap paste. lol ❤️
Hi, I just recently found your channel. You are so inspiring and funny! I've been using the WSP whipped soap base for my foaming sugar scrubs and I find their base gives my final product a sulfury smell. I'm super hyped to try your recipe. How much coconut milk powder do you mix into your water?
Thanks for making soaping approachable, interesting and fun for hobbyists (like me) and entrepreneurs as well. Looking forward to more soapy adventures. Can’t wait to try this soap base recipe!
I can't wait to try this. Questions can I substitute tallow for the palm oil? Goat milk for the coconut milk? And lastly, does the milk have to be in powdered form or can it / should it be liquid?
Im going to try this, thanks so much for sharing. Im going to have to swap the palm for something though.. Im glad you mentioned how to wrap the paste, my last lot from your other soap paste was great. Then I made some more whipped soap & sugar scrubs from the same lot of paste recently, and it wasnt the same. Since I just had it sitting in chunks in an airtight container, but must of had too much air in there. Also I think I overwhip. So that was what I thought was wrong. I did use one of my coconut milk and pink clay soaps to make your whipped soap from shreds recipie. I loved that too. So cant wait to try this one. 😊
Thank you for the awesome video! Two questions 😊 Can I use beef tallow ipo the palm oil and how much powdered milk did you use to mix in your water? Thank you
So I have a question. I feel like it’s a dumb question because I’m missing something, but I’m going to ask it anyway. The KOH amount when I run 10oz of these oils through soap calc says to use 2.02oz not 2.25oz. And I heard you in the beginning saying the KOH will be more than the NAOH but that would be true at the 2.02oz that I got… what did I do wrong here?
Hi Again! So, I have an odd question... is there a recipe, in your opinion, that satisfies most of your clients, allows a lot of flexibility in regards to different types of pours, and seems to have solid consistency every time you use it? I know there are many variables, and the obvious answer is "it depends" but getting your initial reaction without overthinking would be great. 😊 love you and what you do!
Hey! Honestly, this one, but in cold process form. My Big Bubble or Basic 3 blends are my workhorses and work for all pours, clients, etc. Hard bar, quick cure, long shower life, good bubble, doesn’t strip the skin. I enhance these two with alcohols or milks or soap nuts, etc for most of my formulations.
Don’t be stuck! Start at a 1:1 ratio of paste to water, let the paste dissolve and add more paste or water to adjust the consistency. Don’t forget the preservative!
@@MrsSoapAndClay can I sub the coconut milk for goats milk & do liquid soap? I've come across other opinions that it's makes for a bad breeding ground for bacteria even with preservative just wondering what your thoughts are? I already do goat milk soap bars.
New soap paste recipe, no stearic acid needed!

Love your channel! Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge and talent!
Exciting! :) Thank you!!
When do you add the extras ?
Thank you so much, you rock
Yeah thank you for the tutorial ❤.
I still have soap paste from the vidoe you did 3y ago 😂 ..
You need to write a book and I don’t buy books but I’d buy yours so if you EVER make one let me know please ❤❤
I a learning so much from you. I want to try it out, but We don't get Palm oil here in India, what can I substitute for Palm Oil for any recipe?
My Soap Genie (iPhone)… 😂 you just said it. It does do dual lye. 😊
Here's me wondering if you saw me looking at numerous soap paste videos yesterday 😜
Ha! I track your movement on the UA-cam thing. 😂💜
Is it possible to get this hot enough in a water bath? Unfortunately I don’t own a crockpot. So interesting, thank you!
My next steps all require soap paste… so, perfect timing! 😉 I have 2 crockpots that I can use. I didn’t pay for either of them. 😂
Loved it, 😊
Wonderful ❤

Hey! I doubt you did anything wrong! If you changed the superfat amount, you’d get a lower lye amount, so maybe that’s it.
I wanna see the coconut soap?!
my pastes are often dark as well but work fine. guess I should just not cook so long or so hot LOLbut yeah they work well and turn white etc.
Is it possible to whip my liquid soap paste for sugar scrub? Any thoughts?
Absolutely!

@@MrsSoapAndClay Thank you so much! 😃
Soapmaking Friend calculates dual lye recipes.
Soapee is no more, sadly
I made your soap paste and now I'm stuck on how to make it into a liquid. Ughhh 😂
