Yes! I am on board with this 110%. Even before I watched this I had chucked some SCI powder into my last batch. And as you said "it's lovely" gives a little boost.
Bless you!! I bought some SCI noodles by mistake and have been trying to figure out what the heck to do with them. I want to make a bath souffle and need more foam than my scrubs give.
Thank you for all the info, the surfactant mix is very useful. Let’s all pray for the fire victims everywhere . We have lots of fires burning in the PNW and the air is filled with ashes and the scent of smoke.❤️
I might have to try this. Thank you for this series. Still don't think the base stuff from stevenson's or where ever should be called soap, lol. I am stubborn that way. I pipe, but no tip. Easier for me to fill jars than scooping.
I've only been making stuff for about 2 months. I've done this lots of times from fails or scraps. Not this recipe exactly. I added more oils and SLSa powder and fragrance. I don't sell anything. Just my own stuff and for friends.
Yes I did the same thing but I only added sci noodles melted it down with paste then I add a tablespoon of coco betaine and made cream soap but it was so perfect for a shave soap my skin was so soft
Why do they have to mixed together the SCI and coco betaine? For example, wha would happen is only coco betaine was in absence of the SCI? I don’t know enough about surfactants. Trying to google too but hard to find
Can we order bulk sugar scrubs? I don't really need a ton.. but I can gift the extra to family/friends because I get having to order in bulk batches because it's a specific scent..
So, I’m sitting here watching this video thinking (and not listening very well at first) there is no way (in hell) I’m going to do this recipe because I am not buying any more additives...then I hear and remember I have the SCI and cocoB. I CAN do this!!!
You could have used the coupler without the tip. I felt bad for you having to squeeze the bejesus out of that bag. I was waiting for it to burst the whole time 😢
Looks great! Did you use the 5% superfat or the 7%? Your right arm has to be super smooth the way you use it to test on. Thank you so much. See you tomorrow.
That surfactant blend is useful in SO many situations.
The kitten has fallen asleep on my lap and I’m trapped lol yay for a new soap video!
Awe!! I have a rescue Doberman, asleep on my shoulder. Disturbing the sleep of animals is like abuse- wish they valued MY sleep though! LOL
Very comprehensive video on mix and match! Never thought about doing something like this before. Loved it!

You can make shampoo bars out of the noodles and that will use up a lot of them and they are amazing

We sure do! I thought we would avoid fire season this year.
I’ve been seeing posts from the farm sanctuaries in California having to evacuate their animals. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy 🙏
@@katelillo1932 Yes, it’s really bad.

please find a way to keep your spider alive, outside, provides best virgin silk especially the drag line. My little FYI add to this incredible vid.
Great video ❤️ I have learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
You're amazing! Thank you so much! I can't believe it's that simple!
Easy button!
Use a ziplock bag and cut the corner off a little to use as a piping bag ☺️

Omg are your hands red from all thr washing and scrubbing?! Or from dye?
I’m working my bravery up for a whipped sugar soap scrub! 😂 I’ll do it just to prove to myself I can 😅
Is that vinyl flooring on your tabletop? It wipes so nice and clean it couldn’t be distressed wood surely…
The powers of epoxy!
