Who knows, man. I just started following Asmon a few months ago, finding that I relate with him on shit like this. People accuse Emiru of being toxic and judgmental, but...honestly? I think it's good to have someone in your circle of friends who occasionally challenges you to rethink things, get out of your comfort zone. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities for him to move or at minimum, renovate his house and clean things up a bit.

Honestly he could get a small apartment, sell the property, and have a more healthy living space. It can just be a nice cheap apartment but it is probably better for his health than where he lives now. Granted he will have to clean, take care of the place, and not let it turn into a shit hole. I think he can do that at this point. One cannot just live in that type of environment forever. You do not need to spend a lot of money like a lot of streamers do, just chill in a nice simple place and take care of it.

Asmon might feel like moving if he found a very well built house with character that most of the new houses don't have. I find most new houses to be devoid character and warmth, no matter how good they try to make them look.
Depends how much money you have. Things are just done cheap these days. My family many years ago built a log house using all hard wood and mostly crafted by hand. Cost about $5m and is about the size of a house that would cost $1m so that's the reason.

My uncle made a fortune as an architect during the housing boom because rich people will just build bespoke homes when no inventory exists.

I live in a house waaaay older than Asmons (built in 1906) , taking care of the house is so important because simple fixes can save you a lot and keeps the house from further breaking down.

I've worked in condo highrises for a long time and I know several people like Asmo. While there's those people who live low key and seem like their doing decent, but are actually rich, there are the people like Asmo who are cheap AF, typically have some weird hoarder thing going on as well as a psychological problem like Agoraphobia (which I'm pretty sure Asmo has). It's tragic, but what can you do. So weird to know someone has 1000x's my net worth and won't fix a broken toilet because they don't want anyone in their place. The reason he'll never move out of fear. He thinks he's white trash and he's comfortable being that. Moving to a more affluent neighborhood where he'd never fit in is of little interest. It's like the rappers who still own a house in the hood because it doesn't feel right to completely leave it behind.
Worked for a guy one time that owned some very small 1 room efficiency houses. These things were literally 1 room with a bathroom small enough to sit on the shitter and then step left into the shower. Anyway one day a brand new loaded to the max red chevy 4wd shows up outside one of them. The guy that lived in the tiny house I had never seen him leave ever before let alone drive. I asked my boss whats up with the truck. He laughed and told me that guy was a multimillionaire. He said he was the only person in the entire community that paid their own rent instead of being on a gov't program. He CHOSE to live there. The guy never even drove the truck. he would just sit on his porch and look at it. I worked there 2 years and never saw it move. My boss told me he saw one drive by on the highway and really liked it. So he called the dealership, bought one and had them deliver it.

on a real note, asmond needs to just get his house renovated. nothing major, just a good deep with fresh paint, carpets, and some newer appliances. keep it all original like the day it was when your family first moved in, that way you can still keep the same lifestyle in the house that you love.
Sort of depends on the condition or the house and the materials. If it is an older house built prior to the 70s he might have to worry about asbestos. Also sometimes mold gets into drywalls and beyond which may compromise the structure. Honestly the surest way is to get a certified investigator to look at the house and make expert decisions from there.

Asmon should find a nice place nearby to rent and work hand in hand with someone to renovate his house or even just take the floorplan; demolish the current one, and build another if it's actually that bad.
I mean, he has the means and income to do it and this way, he will still be able to live inside his comfort zone and all that but he'll have a healthy environment. We've seen little snippets of Asmon's house and other than it being a mess, old, and possibly moldy... it's a nice place. If I had the money he did, I'd probably spend the $800.000 to tear it down and rebuild it with the same or similar floor plan to retain that feeling of it being the same space since I'm similar to him in that I don't like change.

ASMON honestly these are the things ANY girls would tell you if they go to your house. And btw you DO NOT want to be with a girl thats OK with these things. We are talking about hygiene and if she is ok with these things then she probably is very mediocre in other personal stuff if you know what i mean.
