    When you say half of the alternate mins/ceiling does that mean half of what would be the derived mins or half of standard alt mins?

    By normal dispatch release minimums, do you mean 1miles vis for aircraft with less than 2engine and 1/2 mile for aircraft more than 2 engines?

      Normal dispatch release minimums refer to the alternate minimums, not take-off minimums.

      Most Airline OpSpecs include 3585 and this is the question you will normally be asked in an interview.

      Most airline operational specifications still use 3585. I will have another video on 17347 since you might also get asked a questions about 17347.
