I did the conversion a while back for the mirrors on my 2001 Silverado. I took the mirrors from an 02 escalade. I also took the dash button for the power fold. I ran the wires, and spliced it to the signal wire circuit, and spliced the puddle lamps to the courtesy lamps. I ran the wires for the power fold separately. It works flawlessly

If you want them to fold you have to make sure the bcm you have in it had it before hand I think the one I had was a blue one and my mirrors folded and all I did was wire to the turn signal bulbs
99-02 trucks have completely different electronics. Youre going to need to chop and cut all the wires and adapt them to your original connector. And if you want to get the turn signal function with power folding youre going to need to make separate connections but its all worth it. Itll make your 99-02 more unique

I followed your video for the power window swapped and when I thru in my mirrors everything worked including power fold except then turn signal lights

@@Henrylxt to make them fold put the select mirror switch thingy in the middle then press right on the pad
