Cheras is an upcoming place for youngest to live, as you have mentioned that rental or buying a property is much more affordable in comparison to other places around Selangor. Im doubting. As a resident in Cheras we know that Quan Xiang bkt so so. Wasting time, fuel and queue in jam just to try the food where other places specialised in bkt more tastier. It will affected your reputation as youtuber as well. Gd luck
