@@BenMartinbreeding_season I know few people who give canaries salt and say nothing bad happend but some people say it is very harmful, no one says exactly is the salt bad for canaries or not, but I think it is not necessary to give salt separately, it is better to give fruit in which salt is exist
No 2 seasons are the same Ben no matter what you do or try with Canary breeding.....Ive beat my head many a time over the last 40 yrs when something goes wrong and have never found an answer so just except good and bad now.....I had 5 nests of all good eggs and one died in every clutch after hatching....And all hatched the same day so I know what you mean....Onwards and upwards Ben

I've never given salt, I just give multivitamins and probiotics
