Too bad that Wilber put Determinism and Free Will as the only extremes of a simple line. Absence of determinism do not implies free will, but only randomness or independence of the outer world, not free will. Very confusing talk. Free will can not be explained whitout speaking about consciousness. He didnt go to the core of the question

He was saying that hard determinism's best chance is in the upper right quadrant, and yet even there we find quantum indeterminacy undermining that possibility. How much less determinacy will there then be in the other 3 quadrants! :)
