I need a case for my pc that I'm building and can't afford it. Been saving up for months working for my neighbors In their backyards, and selling things I didn't need, but I'm still short a little and can't really chalk up enough for a case. Btw it was a great video. You kept it kosher and identified the things you didn't like
I just built in this case, though inland is the brand that sells this case now. For 50 Dollars it's a good case. I've built in about a dozen sub 50 dollar cases and this might be the best cheapy I've built in. Even the wire management options were were pretty good for a cheap case though I didn't use extensions. the back is a pain to fit back on if you take it off and the way the tempered glass mounts is annoying, I'm afraid I may break the glass at some point. You get what you pay for though! Plus it comes with x4 rainbow puke fans (I added 2 more to the top), ya, their molex and run 100% but they do keep things quite cool and they're pretty quiet.
Just built in this case, if you're looking to buy here are a few things: -Pros: Price simply can't be beat. 50 bucks for a 3 fan mid tower case, with nice airflow and a psu shroud can't be beat. Cable management is ok, some wires are vidible when you look into the case since the psu shroud doesnt extend all the way across but its only noticeable if you're looking for it He says that there is no radiator support, which is false. You can't put one on the top, but a radiator will fit in the front(although near the top some of the front panel connectors get in the way. Cons: -Real tight fit(for ATX motherboards). I had to remove the back fan to get my motherboard in, and the standoffs were a pain to work with. Took a few hours just for the motherboard install. -Molex fan connectors are super annoying. They run at full speed all the time, and the rgb isn't adressable. If this is fine for you, then go for it. Its a static rgb split into 3 parts(think of a circle divided in 3) of a pinkish color, green, and blue. I mean if I was to do it again I'd probably look for a case without molex connectors for the fans and a bit more room, but if you're building on a budget I'd say go for it.
Currently planning on building my first PC. I was looking through PC cases and came across this one so I was looking for reviews because it's cheap and has fans pre-installed. Could really help me save a good $50 if I get picked. Want to say that it's really cool of you to do giveaways, especially during this crisis. Take care!
Long shot here but I built a pc with this case and I can only get the RGB on the fans to light up, nothing is spinning. Any ideas? I have the molex connection daisy chain plugged into the PSU.
I think is super cheap and good for the price, came with 4 fans argb, air flow, you should say which ones are better for the price or add them on the video description...
Love the vid. Just built mine with this case recently. Great Airflow. For those wondering, this does fit 120 rads. Tried it with both the Kraken 120 and H60i. Awesome case for budget build.
So Montech sells this in the Microcenter version. I do agree that cable management is shitty especially if you want to change fans and use RGB hubs, etc. In my situation, I have a USB hub, Corsair Lighting Node Pro, and Corsair RGB hub with all those cables tucked in. Yes, I did change the original fans for the Corsair LL/AF120’s. Great for a beginner, but not for the advanced builder.
I've been needing a new case for a long time, i recently built my brother a pc and its literally sitting on a box, I promised him my old one as soon as I get a new one, i actually like the design of this one aswell its definitely my style, I like that the glass doesn't go all they way down and the airflow looks great! No way this man is being picky about it being $50 its more than reasonable and its target towards a budget audience and it comes with fans! this is a steal with even tempered glass cmon this reviewer "Whack" lol
Nice, I dont really have a reason I want/need it other than I dont have a case right now lol. I just recently bought this for my first build. For those that are wondering if your pc doesn’t turn on because you plugged in the fans into the PSU and the MOBO. Well I learned that you don’t plug it into the MOBO. Apparently it’s because they’re an older type of fans 🤷🏼♂️. I returned my MOBO thinking I had a bad one lol. If you found out anything let me know lol
I’m hoping I’m not too late, I’m building my first pc very soon and trying to stay below $600, I’ve got a ryzen 5 2600x, a rx 570 4gb graphics card, a 16gb 3600MHz ram, a 650w 80+ gold power supply, and a ASRock B450M motherboard, any recommendations for replacements?
I use this case but the only problem I have is cable management because 1 I'm afraid of breaking the usb 3.0 cable from the io on the case (so it's just dangling) I dont have psu cable extensions, so any advice?
Damn.. I have a really budget pc and I didn't factor in the price of a case.. I would love this! For a first case I wouldn't mind any of the bad parts you mentioned, id definitely take it off your hands 👏
Damn I just bought this and I see the gpu slots are punch out instead of screwable and how it’s molex for the fans but I don’t use cable extensions so that’s a plus.
So these RGB fans are connected through Molex. I have a dg33m03 and I don’t believe that it has an rgb header. I have a 500w psu that comes with molex connectors as well. Now my question is, would the fans plug directly into my psu with the connectors or would I have to get an rgb controller as well?

There are no better options that look as good as this one. Trust me. In the PC realm your looking to make it look nice with functionality. This thing is highly rated. Mans here just full of himself
I bought a build and they used this case. I am trying to add a 6TB drive but I don't see how to open the bottom to put screws in to hold the drive. Is the bottom panel under the glass where the logo is removable?
i bought this case. after connecting everything it seems im missing a cable or something? there is no wire on the fans to connect to the motherboard for power. how did you get it to light up or the fans to work? what do i need to do to get them working?
I want this case because I'm trying to do a budget build for my lil brother. It don't gotta be perfect but it gotta be a white case that comes with RGB. 🤷🏾♂️ Win or lose, I love your content bro. Keep up with the honesty. It's greatly needed in this day and age.
Honestly I would love that, I have never had a case that nice before, also I've only seen a few mostly the ones about the Chinese fans lol but I love your videos. I'm kind of confused on why your channel isn't bigger
i just set up a newly built pc and i used pc part picker to see if all my parts i got were compatible and it said they are and i just built my pc a few days ago with the x1 case but it wont power on at all, what do i do? i checked my front panel plugs, power socket on wall, wiring, tried removing the cmos battery and put it back in and it wont power on like not even for a second, do you have any tips? Why I would want this case is due to the fact I am finally joining the pc realm and I am In need of a case and I am really liking the look of this case the design is simple but clean.
I used my normal cables and cables management is still terrible, I'm too frustrated to look at it. I'm thinking of just pounding out the side panel then just panting over it. I have the exact case, it sucks.
well You can go to pcpartpicker.com and pick out all of your specs and that case and it will tell you if it is compatible plus it will tell you the length the width and the height of the pc and if you need the specs for your gpu you just look up your specific gpu and click on it scroll down and you can see how wide and the length and it will tell you the specific millimeters of the graphics card and you can look at both of them and see if it can fit inside of the case or not. I HOPE THIS helped and also for the gpu i would recommend if you want a budget setup you can get a gtx 1660 super and for the ram you can get any ram that is ddr4 and 3000 mrz and also at least 2 8 sticks of ram for dual channeling and for the motherboard I am going to build a amd build so I am using a MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX MICRO ATX AM4 Motherboard and the cpu I am getting is a ryzen 5 3600 now if you can afford that try looking up a video about what a good and budget friendly cpu that you can get that can support your motherboard and be able to rock with your gtx 1660 super GOOD LUCK ON YOUR BUILD!
I don’t know if you’ll reply but I was trying to find out where you plug in the led button, you brought it up for a second but never finished and I can’t find anything online about it
Not feeling the miss matching top fans bro looks armature with those up there IMO... Need some goo gone to remove that nasty logo on the front of the case. Also if I were you bro I would test your thermals with and without the top fans... As gamers nexus has shown like in the Meshify C, putting fans in the top with 3 in the front and 1 in the rare actually gives you worse performance than if you just left it with the 3 + 1... try it out my feeling is they might be better or such a small difference that it will make the top two fans pointless. I would also if this was a computer I was building put a 240 or 280mm rad in the front of the case and take the 3rd fan and put it in the top rear placement. You said it in the video.. this case is not for the builder who is putting in colored cable extensions because your buying a $50 case and cable extensions are not a $50 case computer situation.. plus if your buying a $50 case that comes with 4 fans just use the fans that it comes with don't add more your cable management will be a breeze EDIT ' I just got to the part in the video where you took the two fans off at the top' =D GOOD ON YOU BRO hahah sorry for calling you out before I finished the video but damn I called it and good job checking it out.
I want the case because I am currently looking for parts for a gaming pc and this would cut a lot out of my already small budget and it’s a very good case for a very good price with nice aesthetics
am currently using gaming freak hubble 905g case which comes with 4 rgb 120 fans with controller while i added another 3 more same to the controller and 2 coolermaster 120 mm exhaust fan.suggest me casings with superb airflow as mine is air cooling
Good job not glossing over this cases faults, which are too many for me. The side intakes on the front panel totally defeat the purpose of the mesh. Good review.
This is branded as Inplay Meteor 03 here in the Philippines and it only costs 30 dollars lmao. This is my exact case, honestly, I can't believe how much they charge for this abroad.
I really want that case since I’m building my first pc and I’m on a really tight budget in which the case cannot fit. I’ve been saving money for the pc for almost 2 years and if I get this case, it would really help me
Bought this case and just arrived. Wiring feels cheap, and the fans being stuck together is a bummer. Good budget case but should’ve bought a better one.
Also can you link the amazon link to the stock fans it comes with so I can throw the 2 in the top of the same kind or just lemme know the brand please🙏🙏🙏

So, i have a bad case (doesnt have air flow in the front) with 4 fans (not the best quality) and my rx 580 is very hot 80-83° normaly, i made undervolt and now is 70-73 but a want a case with good air flow, do you think i can use this?
When do I need cable extensions? Building my first pc and idk whether or not I need those.
That is ur call. They are only used for aesthetic purposes
@@KosherTech Ahh ok thank you 🤝🏼
I need a case for my pc that I'm building and can't afford it. Been saving up for months working for my neighbors In their backyards, and selling things I didn't need, but I'm still short a little and can't really chalk up enough for a case. Btw it was a great video. You kept it kosher and identified the things you didn't like
how long did it take for the pc to arrive if u purchased with shipping?
I don't believe long.
My man! I owe you a beer! For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to get my innards in - this video just helped me out big time!! THANK-YOU!!
Is the airflow good?
For them molex is there a adapter or something im tryna get this case and I need some adapters

I’m gonna build my first pc and I just want to know do you recommend this or is there something better because I want something white so it can match with my room

Nah flip the case the screw bay should be in the bottom. Swing by our discord server if anything discord.gg/f5g7NA4
Can water cooling or a kraken fit in the case? routing the 2 fans (240) to the top or would 1 (120) fan fit on the one side replacing the montech rgb
No rads natively fit
What did you get to connect the fans to the Mobo? I can't find that cable anywhere on the internet.
It would have to go on to led header on ur mobo
Hey how did you get the rgb fans to work I don’t know where to plug the connectors in since they’re so old and I also hooked up the power supply
They plug in via molex cable. Swing by our discord server brah brah we'll help u out
discord.gg/f5g7NA4
i bought this case. after connecting everything it seems im missing a cable or something? there is no wire on the fans to connect to the motherboard for power. how did you get it to light up or the fans to work? what do i need to do to get them working?

I want this case because I'm trying to do a budget build for my lil brother.
It don't gotta be perfect but it gotta be a white case that comes with RGB. 🤷🏾♂️
Win or lose, I love your content bro. Keep up with the honesty. It's greatly needed in this day and age.
Yeah a fun casual review enjoyed it XD
Can your reveiw the Deepcool Macube 110 White? I think it's a good case , i am gonna build my first pc with that case
Honestly I would love that, I have never had a case that nice before, also I've only seen a few mostly the ones about the Chinese fans lol but I love your videos. I'm kind of confused on why your channel isn't bigger
all in due time i suppose
How do I put the fan thing together for it to work I’m building one rn and the fans won’t turn on
Did some poking around, and found this video. Is this good enough to hold a 3060? If so, this case looks clean as hell.
I’m pretty sure any mid tower can hold a 3060.
@@katomiccomics202 Phew thanks man
this case looks amazing! the current case on my pc doesn't even let my pc breathe haha
Lol
i just set up a newly built pc and i used pc part picker to see if all my parts i got were compatible and it said they are and i just built my pc a few days ago with the x1 case but it wont power on at all, what do i do? i checked my front panel plugs, power socket on wall, wiring, tried removing the cmos battery and put it back in and it wont power on like not even for a second, do you have any tips?
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.5 Ghz 6 core
MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS ATX AM4 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Team GX2 512 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB SC ULTRA GAMING Video Card
EVGA BQ 600 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Like are the parts not compatible some how? or
That would be a power supply issue but I'm not too sure. Do me a favor swing by our discord server brah brah we'll help u out

Don’t you need the extensions to make it to the parts or am I wrong?
i cant control the RGB on this case it just stay the rainbow color when i press the LED button... any help on what i did wrong?
Yeah it doesn't work. The F up the case
Can we connect these argb fans to motherboard sync??
where are the back plugs for monitors etc!!!
Why I would want this case is due to the fact I am finally joining the pc realm and I am In need of a case and I am really liking the look of this case the design is simple but clean.
Did you have to get a new battery in motherboard to power the case?
No, what do y mean?
@@KosherTech the battery in the motherboard if you look in the manual it says to change battery
Leave the Mobo battery
@@KosherTech ok thank you
I like the case because of the psu shroud being built in. Im sure you could dremil a hole somewhere for better management.
What is the difference between a molex and a fan hub?
Molex is for power to run the hub
What MOBO did you use with this case?
B550 I think
How do you change the rgb in the fans, I pressed the button and it didnt do anything
Will a 3 fan GPU fit here because im getting a gigsbyte 1660 super gaming x3?
That 1660 super should fit.
@@KosherTech thanks man!
I used my normal cables and cables management is still terrible, I'm too frustrated to look at it. I'm thinking of just pounding out the side panel then just panting over it. I have the exact case, it sucks.
Lol I feel ur pain 😔
im new to pc building. im gonna buy this casing, what gpu, ram, motherboard do i get? im scared it wont fit this casing
well You can go to pcpartpicker.com and pick out all of your specs and that case and it will tell you if it is compatible plus it will tell you the length the width and the height of the pc and if you need the specs for your gpu you just look up your specific gpu and click on it scroll down and you can see how wide and the length and it will tell you the specific millimeters of the graphics card and you can look at both of them and see if it can fit inside of the case or not. I HOPE THIS helped and also for the gpu i would recommend if you want a budget setup you can get a gtx 1660 super and for the ram you can get any ram that is ddr4 and 3000 mrz and also at least 2 8 sticks of ram for dual channeling and for the motherboard I am going to build a amd build so I am using a MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX MICRO ATX AM4 Motherboard and the cpu I am getting is a ryzen 5 3600 now if you can afford that try looking up a video about what a good and budget friendly cpu that you can get that can support your motherboard and be able to rock with your gtx 1660 super GOOD LUCK ON YOUR BUILD!
i would cut out the honeycomb plastic in the front is that possible?
👍 great video, left me with nothing to be desired
Ayyy got a heart 🤩
And another 😍
@@KosherTech you the best!

Btw brah brah just sow ur name 🤣🤣🤣 u youngin savage
I don’t know if you’ll reply but I was trying to find out where you plug in the led button, you brought it up for a second but never finished and I can’t find anything online about it
The led button for the fans? If so u can't they F that up. Cause don't support the fans to switch led colors for some reason.
@@KosherTech thanks for the response, that’s unfortunate.
Can the colors change to red or anything
How did u connect the fans to the motherboard having trouble connect it to my b350 ma motherboard

Can I install radiator on this casing?
Wait so if I buy this case I can’t put an AIO 240mm fan on the top?
Yuup
Epic
I want the case because I am currently looking for parts for a gaming pc and this would cut a lot out of my already small budget and it’s a very good case for a very good price with nice aesthetics
my eardrums get blown out everytime i turn my pc on the fans on this thing are so loud
am currently using gaming freak hubble 905g case which comes with 4 rgb 120 fans with controller while i added another 3 more same to the controller and 2 coolermaster 120 mm exhaust fan.suggest me casings with superb airflow as mine is air cooling
Good job not glossing over this cases faults, which are too many for me. The side intakes on the front panel totally defeat the purpose of the mesh. Good review.
The side intake adds to the airflow of the mesh
@@KosherTech If the openings are behind the mesh, unless I remember wrong, defeats the purpose of having air flow through the mesh.
It's still adding more intake from the side since it has an opening
@@KosherTech Agree, I just like the dust catching goodness of mesh.
WARNING!!! The fans are NON-ADDRESSABLE RGB! Which means they're always rainbow puke, and ONLY RAINBOW PUKE!
First time making a pc for me and the price was great 🤍 still debating between this one and another one 🤍🤍
My 5700xt raw 2 isn’t fitting in here even thought almost every site says it’s compatible with the case or in other words it fits
can you tell me if it is possible to put a 3090 triple fan?
Doubt it
You should make a video or just tell me what all parts you used for this case it would help a lot lol
So I just got the case but I don't know how to change the LED lights of the fans ? I click the button but nothing happens
So you know how to change them or do they not change ?
Nah nah the should change I just need to connect em to ur mobo front panel connect. I should of just showed in the vid my bad brah brah
This is branded as Inplay Meteor 03 here in the Philippines and it only costs 30 dollars lmao. This is my exact case, honestly, I can't believe how much they charge for this abroad.
It seems like they buy cases from one factory then rebrand it.
Yuup and that is business. Em americans will send money lol
I really want that case since I’m building my first pc and I’m on a really tight budget in which the case cannot fit. I’ve been saving money for the pc for almost 2 years and if I get this case, it would really help me
Why would you use cable extension with a very budget case? I just bought this case for a future budget build.
Cause one day u would wanna add some cable extensions
@@KosherTech It's not what the case is designed for.
@@garytrawinski1843 well that's the entire point of reviewing it.
Bought this case and just arrived. Wiring feels cheap, and the fans being stuck together is a bummer. Good budget case but should’ve bought a better one.
Lol I did say
Also can you link the amazon link to the stock fans it comes with so I can throw the 2 in the top of the same kind or just lemme know the brand please🙏🙏🙏
Btw does a 280 mm gpu with 3 fans fit
