Looks like a great case. Four fans included so you don't have to buy extra fans. Corsair only includes two with their 4000D and that one is more expensive.
Exactly and the fans dont even match the colors of the case too.

Bought the Montech Air X ARGB case in the color of black and received it two days ago. I must say I do like the front mesh design of it and the fact it has two 200mm fans in the front. How ever I think the fans in the case are junk the fans bushing/bearing sounds dirty.
I reached out to Montech company to see what they can do for me and sent them my invoice as proof I bought the case. But I believe I will just have to bite the bullet and just buy couple good quality 200mm fans but that will cost nearly $100 dollars.
I've built PC's in three different Montech cases. They are great for budget builds.
Are the material quality good enough compare to deepcool macube 110?
@kitgurutech just a question, the s24 prism is a 240mm but as per checking the radiator size is 284x122x31 mm, that's correct, right? How'd you fit that in the case?

For those wondering, the case can actually fit a 360mm aio in the front. I tried it with my nzxt x73 and it has just enough room to fit it in.
What gpu do you have? And how much room do you have for the gpu?
I have an asrock 5700xt challenger and still have some room left. I put the fans in the front and the radiator behind.

What gpu do you have or planning to get? The max length you can fit a gpu is 12.9 inches (330 mm without the 360mm aio) and my gpu is 11.06 inches (281.00 mm). To make sure, I would make sure the gpu is around 280mm (maybe 290mm) so that you can fit everything. Also the height of your card since mines is 2 slots and it fits fine.
Does this mainboard have a small gap connected to the case? The io shield doesn't seem fit to the case
Please may you explain how to press the reset button to switch to motherboard control mode on this case
Regarding the Standoff issue... Thank god I'm not the only one who has to deal with it! It's especially bad on the NZXT cases
How do you know when you've entered argb control mode from the case button?
Got the Lite model and easy to build in. Top fan screws suck but the airflow is awesome. I moved the front fans to the inside of the chassis and I have the same cpu thermals as I did with an open bench setup. I have a massive Thermlright Frost Commander 140 but it starves for no air in this case. Hour long torture test with 72 C max with a 160W load on an i7-9700. Don't remember if I seen it in video but there are spots for the two SSD on the top of power supply shroud if you want to show off SSD.
How is the material quality of your case?
@@samsunneher8534 the material is fine. Paint was even, no rough edges on the metal or glass. Not the heaviest in the world but plenty sturdy with no flex.
About 80 USD for the black one, and 100 USD for the white one here in Brazil.

Yes you can, forcefully. Problem is if you remove it, it'll be impossible to open the case

Hey I recently finished a build with this but I can’t get the argb to work, it just won’t light up. I connected the argb input wire to the jrainbow1 header on my B550 pro vdh Wi-Fi motherboard but it won’t work. Any tips??

Reset button does not change my RGB light settings. What do I do? All connections seem fine.
I know that in the spec it say max 240mm on top and 280mm aio on front, but can it mount 280mm on and 360mm aio on front? If can, it woul really help with the cooling.

i bought this case a bit over a month a go and i was skeptical since i had not heard of the brad prior....my overall thoughts on the case is that it is well built and comes with a lot of features that more expensive cases dont have...i also removed the bottom drive cage since all i use now is M.2 drives...i like the hinged glass door and the handle on it feels good knowing the glass panel wont drop when taking it off...other panels once you unscrew the glass panel might drop...didnt like the rear PCI-E either...my only complaint is with customer service from montech....then sent me the wrong color case 2 times and blamed it on newegg when they infact were the ones shipping the case...i sent the first case back to newegg as a return only since montech would send the 2nd case from their warehouse...2nd case came wrong color again...finally got the right color and found out newegg refunded my money so this case was free....this was a garage PC so nothing fancy...specs are....Asrock B560 steel legend...i5 11400...cooler master Hyper 212 RGB black...650w Superflower,,,970 evo plus 1TB...16gigs Siliconpower RGB...old XFX R9 280x...

@@samsunneher8534 a majority of cases i use are phanteks and Lian Li and the quality of this case is just as good as them...its already been through 2 summers in vegas in my garage with 100+ temps in garage and all the fans still work and RGB is fine...had some corsair fans in last garage PC that only lasted 1 summer..even the fans are good quality from montech

Damn, I need to get on the ball and finish up my video on this case. It is a real nice case. I have the lite version in white but haven't got to the build yet because I've been busy doing some renovations in my basement.
Do you have guide how to install the SSD 2.5" mount to the side of the case? I pretty confuse about that.
They are regular SSD mounts. Undo the thumbscrew and remove the mount from the case. Install the SSD with four screws and reinstall the SSD mount.
I don't know why they don't standardize the motherboard stand off screws . Nothing worse than having them stuck in the standoffs when the threads are wrong ...

Hi, this case is amazing even now 2 years later. But its bit expensive now. Here in Finland is 69 euro. I was wondering wich one to choose between Lian li lancool 205 mesh and this one. Don't no why, but this one looks better to me. I'm looking white versions.

I'm having issues with the fans not spinning I tried figuring out why and where is the wire to power the fans
@@khaoz7628 I found out that the 3 pin connector from the fans should be connected to the system fan pins despite it having 4 pins on the motherboard.

i just got the raidmax x616 for 69 bucks and its alittle bit better quality and comes with 2 front fans that are 200mm and one back fan and its full atx case i love it honestly the air flow and temps are amazing but i think anything with mesh no matter what quality is pretty beast id say.
So how did you put the fans into MOBO mode
he didn't I don't think...he didn't realize that the case's reset switch comes plugged into the argb hub. If you want argb to be controlled by motherboard you need to unplug the reset switch from the hub

Hey I know this is old but my case is stuck on the rainbow mode and I have absolutely no idea how to change them. I’ve tried holding the reset button for many combinations and I see no indication that anything’s changed. Please help. Thank you

Holding down the reset button for 3 secs puts the argb into motherboard mode.
What is motherboard mode?
@@QuestForGoodyou can control the RGB from the motherboard, rather than just the set colours from the pre-installed RGB controller.

Does that handle lock the door when pressed down, or is it just secured by magnets? Hinged glass doors without a physical latch of some kind are kinda unacceptable in my eyes. It's genuinely a safety hazard any time you need to move the PC around around.
No, the plastic gizmo is so you have something to hold on to. The magnets seems perfectly OK however there is no positive lock to guarantee the glass remains closed.

What is really annoying for me is that the rear fan just has really low led volume, all other fans work perfectly fine, but the fan itself in terms of airflow is fine, don't know if I have to send it back.

so you're going to turn down a remarkable little case just because there's some words? Components are riddled with logos and branding and slogans and all that shit, but the case is a bridge too far? Seems a little excessive. With the money you save from the case because a great price, how about buy a bottle of acetone and just rub the bloody words off?

i had the silverstone gd09 and its ugly fat. i got fractal meshify 2 that cost me £150 and the tempard glass smashed on it. im now looking for a smaller case and white. do u suggest anything? i have gtx 1070 gpu so length of 11 inches and i also use MATX motherboard and hate using cases not dedicated for that size as it makes the case bigger.
