Great routine, Philippe! And thank you for sharing your expertise on the staff tricks and flow. It's been very helpful, I just started working on contact staff couple weeks ago. I was wondering...about ideal choice of staff. So far I've been working with Gora Acro/Contact staff but I feel like it's a bit heavy and gathers too much momentum (perhaps my early-beginner level of skill is to blame so far) which I am unable to control. Is there a lighter variation of staff that is more natural to manipulate? Which staff do you prefer for your own skill? Thanks again
Hi anfrey thanks for your comment. There is unfortunately no ideal staff ! It´s a question of finding the right compromise and deciding what it is you want to focus most on. In general if your starting i would advise you to use a light staff of 22mm diameter not longer than 160cm. Hope that helps!
@@philocircus2242 thanks a lot Philo, I will look into that according to the specs you provided! At the moment, contact is what i will focus on, but eventually aero staff etc, is something I want to add. The staff I have now, i can't do fishtails with it for example, can't direct it as it has specific inertia due to it's weight I believe. Best of luck on your journey!
Woooow what a master! This is amazing 👏
so inspiring! Thanks a lot :)
I love it! Great navigation of your own body.
Thanks!

Merci Fabio!
