In this video I will teach beginners the basic skills to practice the foot spin. Even if there are no pre-requisites for this move, it is still fairly difficult and will take you a while to flow with it. But the good news is that anybody can learn! From beginners to advanced practitioners, because this trick involves an area of your body that you haven´t explored much before - the feet - you can start training footspins at any moment.
