Would love to see more from you on the topic of relaxation in general. When I did an intro course with my friend, it became obvious to me that he can relax much more easily than me. When we were doing dry breath holds, I'd get contractions after about a minute, and maybe be able to soldier on until about 2 minutes if I'd prepared, whereas he by default would not get contractions until 2 minutes (although he'd feel the need to bail soon thereafter). I'm curious about the physical foundations of relaxation- my metabolism is very much on the fast side, could this contribute?
