They aren't, dynos skew torque numbers everywhere. People think they can double HP an quadruple torque at the same rpm but swear by the dyno must be right
It's normal for big turbine housings, its just they take much longer to spool compared to a v8. I still can't get over 800lb.ft in a 2000lb midship lol, must be a thriller on the street.
That is how Honda should have build the NSX back in the day. Well the first pulls power that is. Think it they built it and only had like 15psi boost then the aftermarket is like have 30-40psi of boost and you get that 900-1000hp with crazy torque too. Love the NSX

That's a sweet car I have always been a fan of the NSX since they came out back in the 90's and I raced one and it got me because I ran out of road but was gaining on it but that was in my TA and I had a 350 HP SBC with 4.10 gears back in 96 or 97
