Nothing better than getting scared in your own car when you let someone you trust drive it. Once let my buddy rip my 300ZX in a really small parking lot and I didn't expect him to do a full throttle rip through first and second gear, second goes up to 60mph and there were rows of cars on either side and not much room to stop. I knew he's a skilled driver so his judgement was sound and we weren't really close to an accident but he scared me good.
If it's going to be a while before the second NSX gets built, you should just do wheels, tires, some basic suspension upgrades, and rip it around some autocross or road racing courses, I think it would be a great way to learn about and enjoy the car for its intended purpose before going full racecar.

My dad sold Acura the entire life of the NSX. He always opened the velvet rope barrier, and let me sit in the showroom car as long as I wanted. He even took me into the service drive and let me start up a customers NSX and rev it up a little. One night he brought home a black NSX exactly like Kyle’s and we took it out together in the back country roads, and may have pushed it a bit ☺️ The NSX defines my childhood. It will always be a dream to own one some day. My S2000 will probably be the down payment.

Squeaking every tenth of a second out a car around a track is a feeling like no other and once you try it once you will keep coming back for life. I would love to see this as a potential SEMA build, which would blow up your channel and showcase your and Wyatt's fabrication skills. The first 200 mph NSX will surely get a lot of attention. Short wheelbase high horsepower drag cars are exciting but unpredictable if the suspension and tires become unsettled at high 1/4 mile speeds.

Yes SEMA builds are an internet meme and there's a lot of shit quality stuff there so a SEMA car is by no means a qualifier for high quality fabrication, but it's still an incredible opportunity for growing a brand.
if your going to pull that one apart to make it a full race car, please swap the frontends, so the popup style is on the 'good' NSX (orange), not the race one. would also be cool to have the exhaust go out the back on the 'good' one. I much prefer the look of these ones to the newer style.

That should be the oem titanium key. I kept mine when i sold my car. The're pretty hard to find and NSX guys are always looking for them so it's really cool you have yours.
Gotta say, that’s pretty crappy that you kept the key to the car when you sold it. That’s not your key. It’s part of the car that you chose to sell to someone else. You should get in touch with the new owner and get it to him.
I only owned the car for about 6 months when I sold it back to the dealer for a profit 25 years ago. It was a nice car but I didn't really enjoy it. It went in for an oil change and they wanted it for inventory so I sold it back. I'm sure if they were worried about the monel key they just got a new one since the car was new and they were a dealership. I actually have the factory key for every car I've purchased new.

Honda got help from Ayrton Senna with the setup of this car. Senna had a decent idea of how a car should perform. That is one of the main reasons these are so collectible/valuable today.

Ever considered a 4piston r40 head on a turbo k20 block. The exhaust side can just be high lift the whole time and would be a problem. Least explored but 4piston proved the r40 to be pretty good.

The nsx is a car made to handle, its a shame to see it only tackle straight lines, it basically defeats its purpose. They could just get some wheel arches for the mr2 to put the bigger tires on it. Kyle compared it to the supra, bc everyone is drag racing them. But the supra was never meant to be a car that handled, ant it doesn't really. Its saving grace is having a great engine from factory people don't have to be swapping it's engine to go drag racing. so they're not on the dame boat.
Id much rather see that black nsx be a road course car than another straight line warrior, you guys have an awesome fleet but would love to see a serious road course car, even start off ripping it stock engine and just ball out on suspension and tires get used to it then double that power quick to 500hp and continue to improve those driving skills all around!

I subscribed to see what you could do with Honda builds, not ls crap. Forget about about the LS crap and get the K fleet built!! And don't quit building K series projects! The more the better! You should set up the NSX for some top speed events too. Not just drag racing.
I remember my sophomore year in HS (2013) i seen a white NSX in my neighborhood for sale for 10k.... I didn't know what it was but i knew it looked bad ass. Crazy to see how much they went up in 8-10 years. For that reason I'm keeping my gsr teggy

Ever considered a 4piston r40 head on a turbo k20 block. The exhaust side can just be high lift the whole time and would be a problem. Least explored but 4piston proved the r40 to be pretty good.
And this is how the Two-Step burger is born! You guys should sell these as kits for drag and drive events. Build boost and dinner at the same time!

The nsx is a car made to handle, its a shame to see it only tackle straight lines, it basically defeats its purpose. They could just get some wheel arches for the mr2 to put the bigger tires on it. Kyle compared it to the supra, bc everyone is drag racing them. But the supra was never meant to be a car that handled, ant it doesn't really. Its saving grace is having a great engine from factory people don't have to be swapping it's engine to go drag racing. so they're not on the dame boat.

Id much rather see that black nsx be a road course car than another straight line warrior, you guys have an awesome fleet but would love to see a serious road course car, even start off ripping it stock engine and just ball out on suspension and tires get used to it then double that power quick to 500hp and continue to improve those driving skills all around!

You should set up the NSX for some top speed events too. Not just drag racing.
I remember my sophomore year in HS (2013) i seen a white NSX in my neighborhood for sale for 10k.... I didn't know what it was but i knew it looked bad ass. Crazy to see how much they went up in 8-10 years. For that reason I'm keeping my gsr teggy

Tip for the burgers, Make the exhaust sheet come out and point down a little at an angle so the fumes aren't potentially getting directly in the food.

That '91 NSX is still my dream car. If I knew what needs to be done (and could even do it), I might look one out. But I'd have to take it to somewhere to get it built as original as possible, it would cost an arm and a leg. And I only have one good arm.
