Hey man, how are you doing 11 months later? I just found out myself. Thought about doing a channel, but I’m not sure if people would even believe my story. Anyway, been doing well?
Dr Fox and Dr Sage has alot about Borderline,Bpd,Dr Ramani has some videos about it,too.Prof.Sam Vaknin, who's diagnosed Malignant Narcissist, has many video's about Bpd,he is married to a Borderline, too.Dr Judy Rosenberg says Borderline's are child and Scapegoat of a Narcissistic mother. The known men with Borderline is Pete Davidson and Prince Harry, they have both been open about it.I'm alot on Quora and ones saw that someone wrote that Janis Joplin ,Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears are Borderline's,Amy had Bulimia and has been cutting herself earlier.Dr Ramani has a video about that there's 4 types of Bpd.Dr Jay Reid has good videos about the Scapegoat child. JazzyT, Scapegoat of two Narc's.
Thank you Steven for your videos, they really speak to me as a 29 year old male recently diagnosed with BPD. Whenever I start a romantic relationship, like my recent one for 8 months, I am super excited and exciting in the beginning, but as soon as my "Bonnie and Clyde"-kinda understanding of relationships breaks trough I have a hard time controlling my negative emotions. I came to believe that these destructive emotions like jealousy, paranoia, fear and anger are just the other end of the spectrum of the "superpowers" you are talking about, the positives are intense and the love is extreme. I believe that a relationship with a strong and understanding partner, of course in combination with therapy, brings the potential of smoothening the curve and to be really intimate and healing. Anyways, thank you very much for your open thoughts, your story is very rateable which is very helpful! Keep it up!
Sebo Çem thank you for the message, and I’m so pleased to read you have hope for love in the future, we all deserve it it’s just a little trickier for us. But being honest with yourself and others is a good start. Take care. 🖤
Thank you for making this video! I was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, and this video really helped me realize more things about my own personality.
I’ve always struggled with mental illness and was always able to function highly. Turned out I have bpd and use work and money goals to fuel that passion. It’s a double edged sword.
Well said!!! I have only just found your channel, I feel a binge coming on...thank you, we should all be just as open and honest about our mental health, let's break down the walls, crush the stigma and allow this kind of openness to save lives!!! I love your optimism, and your ability to view life through a different lens xx
Thank you for your video. I just got diagnosed with bpd and my life makes so much sense now, but it was a little scary because some videos I found talked only about the negative traits in bpd. I've come far in therapy and in my journey emotional regulation is always a challenge but I am not my mental illnesses, and it did hurt to see videos and comments labeling bpds to be "crazy". Your video was very informative, thank you.
I've always found it super weird that I could always predict things or how people feel about other people and it turned out to be TRUE the majority of the time. It's crazy. I've started from the bottom of most jobs ive had with zero experience and worked my way up to running the team either within months or a couple years and it's always been because of my ego and going out of my way to work harder than everybody else. The one positive I found in my life is that I have incredible work ethic. Great video! P.s. the protector trait is me to a T. The switch gets flipped when somebody i care about or feel is a genuine human being and dont deserve it i usually either get in that bully/persons face and try to intimidate them or rarely (if ive been aware of somebody i care about being bullied by the person for awhile and i was able to control myself) i black out and come too after beating them up then proceed to feel absolutely fucking terrible and cry about it either right there or later 😂😅
I love your Likability ^.^ and great video - 100% I love my BPD, quite proud of it(me) as I got further in life than I ever intended or dreamed and its not a miracle just hard work on myself and a lot of patient people around, Love watching you!
Thank you dude, its so hard to find BPD stuff with guys AND the only positive things said that Ive heard... was looking into euthanasia laws before this. So, sincerely thank you.
Dr Sage and Dr Fox has alot about Borderline, most of those with Bpd is women.Dr Judy Rosenberg says Borderline's are daughters and a Scapegoat of a Narcissistic mother.I guess it's resonates with men who has Bpd,too.Prof.Sam Vaknin, who's diagnosed Malignant Narcissist, has many video's about Bpd,and are married to a woman with that, too. He answers questions in the comment field, too,so you can may ask him to makes a video about men with Bpd.Pete Davidson and Prince Harry are male Borderline's ,that are open about it.Borderlines attracts Narcissists, and sticks with them until they finds their self worth. Some says Borderline's and Narcissist's are like oil and water. JazzyT, Scapegoat of two Narc's.
I've been diagnosed with bpd and I'm also male. I don't recognise myself in these descriptions. With the exception of being hyper sensitive to criticism. I don't work. I've never had a proper relationship and I'm not impulsive at all. I'm very repressed and almost mute. I'm starting to think that I don't have it.
It can manifest in many ways.. the fundamentals for me are. 1. Fear of abandonment and 2 emotional instability to unstable relationships and a lack of self. Those are the headlines of bpd everything else can be different depending on who you are.
There are 4 types of Bpd,Dr Ramani has a video about it and others.Dr Fox,Dr Sage and Prof.Sam Vaknin has video's about Bpd. Dr Jay Reid has good videos about the Scapegoat child. JazzyT, Scapegoat of two Narc's.
Here's another super power I learned recently: Alter Ego Hyperdrive. Because of our shattered selves, Alter Ego Hyperdrive or AGH (or acting for the fools!!! lol), allows us to take on so many personalities when we need it. I created Blank - an alter ego - and my mental health has improved greatly. I know what I want and know what I need. I also created Full, she's creative and open and also good for my mental health. Both have flaws, strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, values, and outlooks on life! Ordered comment (using Blank): I created/named a method to heal my mental health through the use of alter-egos. It's a form of acting that I use in order to approach various problems in day to day life. Ordered comment (using Full): I created this awesome method. I can be whoever I want, whenever I want, however I want, and no one can tell me otherwise. It's really great!
HI There, im curious to know what your new job is, im currently a Veteran but ive got 0 idea where to go with my life and my newfound superpowers :) have you got any advice or ideas what a good career path would be ? thankyou
Cute video have had bpd since adolecents and have sat on both ends of the spectrum and yeah some of what you said is absolutely positive for us ... we do love fearcely ... one thing I don't agree with is will fight as a way to protect you .... sinceni have large rejection sensitivity coupled with that ability to empathize and sympathize with people intend to be the devils associate alot and even to my partner will want to express and show the possibilities of the interaction that might have been seen as rude .... I also have alot of avodent traits as a bpd even at my worse so I dont like violence and tends to add tk my selfsame issues .... i tried tk kill my sisters during a disasoseation episode and got locked up for 4 years so now I try to avoid violent behavior no matter who its for.... still found love as I still will cater and take care of you as much as I can .... I think bpd also have that as a super power .... we can cater to the ones we love ...
I thought you were aquaman and thor m8 yeah i get that feeling alot from people " i dont like the way hes looking at me " i know that person doesnt like me aha , ill tell people about it and they would just gaslight me
Thanks man, as a male who is diagnosed with bpd, I hardly see videos of men who speak up about their experiences. Really appreciate this video!
we need more men talking about having BPD, i`ve just been diagnosed and i`m quite lost about which way to take
It's hard. I think coming to this channel was a good start.

I Love you. Thanks for looking at the positives of BPD.
Totally agree specially when it comes to the work place.

Thanks man. I feel so embarrassed being myself and being bold 😭. This really helped me to be myself with BPD.
Dr Sage and Dr Fox,has alot about Borderline,Dr Ramani a bit. Dr Jay Reid has good videos about the Scapegoat child. JazzyT, Scapegoat of two Narc's.
I have borderline too.. totally agree with this video!!

Thank you so much for your video! You summed us up so well in a positive aspect that Im unable to explain to the people around me by myself.

Super Powers is just a euphemism for manipulation. You seem quite self aware, well done.
I am a social worker and I agree
Here's another super power I learned recently:

I'm borderline. It's been a terrible life.
It's a horrible experience. I live in Colombia and haven't found a decent treatment for this condition. It's like if You were living in Hell
