Under-eye filler, or any dermal (skin) filler, may seem like a drastic choice, but the truth is that it may be one of the few things that can actually change the appearance of your under-eye area for real, depending on what’s causing your dark circles.
The main reason to get under-eye fillers is to fill a hollowness under the eye colloquially called, yep, a tear trough, It’s important to distinguish dark circles or puffy eyes caused by loss of volume or your basic anatomy (both of which can be hereditary) from under-eye wrinkles or dark circles caused by hyperpigmentation in the area.
How long do under-eye fillers last?
Hyaluronic acid filler is gradually absorbed by the body, people metabolize things differently - generally, under-eye fillers last for 6 months to a year.

    More about Under Eye Filler
Under eye filler treatment is a popular cosmetic option for those seeking to improve the appearance of the skin under the eyes. This treatment uses injectable fillers to add volume and plumpness to the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles.
Under eye filler treatment is performed using a fine needle to carefully inject the chosen filler material into the targeted area. The treatment is generally quick and painless, and there is no downtime or recovery time needed afterwards. The results of under eye filler treatment are immediate, and they can last for several months before the filler material is gradually metabolized and absorbed by the body.
The choice of filler material used in under eye filler treatment is an important factor in determining the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. The most commonly used filler materials for under eye treatment are hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, and poly-L-lactic acid. These materials are safe and biocompatible, which means they are not rejected by the body and do not cause any adverse reactions.
One of the key advantages of under eye filler treatment is its ability to provide a natural-looking result. The filler material is carefully injected into the skin using a fine needle, and it is carefully shaped and molded to create a smooth, even appearance. This means that the treatment can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines without creating a "fake" or unnatural look.
Another advantage of under eye filler treatment is its ability to provide long-lasting results. The filler material used in this treatment is gradually metabolized and absorbed by the body over time, but the effects can last for several months. This means that the treatment provides a noticeable improvement in the appearance of the skin under the eyes, and it can help to maintain a youthful and refreshed look.
Overall, under eye filler treatment is a safe and effective option for those seeking to improve the appearance of the skin under the eyes. With its ability to provide natural-looking results and long-lasting effects, under eye filler treatment is an increasingly popular choice among those looking to enhance their appearance without undergoing more invasive surgical procedures.

I have similar issues. I got Sculptra all over my face because I have a lot of atrophy throughout. I'm an athlete and unfortunately, that's where I get lean 1st! 🙄
My under eyes have been dark for as long as I can remember. My surgeon
That I see for Sculptra doesn't think under-eye filler will do much for me.
I don't agree, I asked another injector I use for my Dysport treatments and she thinks it will help. It will just make the transition to my cheek even and smooth. I just think it would look better if all my hollows are addressed.
I will be doing my Sculptra follow-up soon. I will have the surgeon do that and have my other doctor injector do my under eyes with hyaluronic filler of course. You can't use Sculptra in that area.
I won't do it on the same day because I will be using 2 different injectors. Do you think it's best to wait for my Sculptra results 1st then do my undereye filler later? Or does it matter?
One more question. What do you think about undereye migration rumors with hyaluronic acid? Is it common? Worried about this. This is why I haven't done it yet!
    Thank you for your video.😊

The entry point is at the intersection of two lines , one between lateral Cantus of the eyes and corner of the mouth, and one line between the traegus of the ear and the alar of the nose
