  • TRANSCRIPT: "Hey team! We see a lot of exercise variations in F45 that make movements more challenging and easier to perform. These variations can also help put more or less focus on specific muscles and muscle groups. One exercise with a ton of variations you can explore is the push-up. Here are 11 push-up variations you can try to mix up your workouts and target different muscles.
Wide-grip push-ups place more focus on the pectoral muscles and anterior delts.
Close-grip push-ups place more focus on the triceps and inner chest.
Diamond push-ups place more focus on the triceps.
Decline push-ups place more focus on the upper chest and anterior delts.
Pike push-ups place more focus on the shoulders.
    Dive bomber push-ups improve flexibility.
Staggered push-ups train push-up muscles asymmetrically across the body and require more core activation for stability.
Sphinx push-ups place more focus on the triceps.
Spider-Man push-ups place more focus on the obliques and core muscles.
Archer push-ups place more focus on the outer portion of the pectoral muscles and help train each arm inside separately.
Lastly, clap push-ups develop more power in the chest, triceps, and shoulders."
